Abstract

본 발명은 승용차 뒷좌석 보호장치에 관한 것으로 승용차의 전복이나 후방충돌 등이 사고발생시 됫좌석 승객이 그 충격으로 뒷유리창을 통하여 이탈됨을 방지하고자 차체 바디 패널 (1)과, 상기 바디 패널(1)에 결합되어 내측으로는 공간(21)을 형성하고 외측일부에는 길이 방향으로 절취선(22)을 형성한 트림커버(2)와, 상기 트림 커버(2)의내부 공간(21)을 따라 길게 위치하면서 일정위치에서 고압의 공기로 팽창되면서 상기 트림커버(2)의 전개와 동시에 팽창하여 뒷 유리창의 연부를 따라 일정 크기로 보호막을 형성하는 에어튜브(3)와, 상기 에어튜브(3)의 작동을 제어하기 위하여 전원부(41)와, 충돌 및 전복상태를 검출하는 검출수단(42)과, 이 검출수단(42)의 결과에 따라 상기 에어튜브(3)를 팽창시켜 보호막을 형성하기 위한 인플레이터 (43)로 이루어진 충격 검출장치 (4)를 포함하여 이루어진다.

Claims (1)

  1. 승용차 뒷 부분의 유리 창을 둘러싸는 바디 패널 (1)과; 상기 바디 패널 (1)에 결합되어 내측으로는 공간(21)을 형성하고 외측일부에는 길이 방향으로 절취선(22)을 형성한 트림커버 (2)와; 상기 트림커버 (2)의 내부 공간(21)을 따라 길게 위치하면서 일정위치에서 고압의 공기로 팽창되면서 상기 트림커버(2)의 전개와 동시에 팽창하여 뒷 유 리창의 연부를 따라 일정 크기로 보호막을 형성하는 에어튜브(3)와; 상기 에어튜브(3)의 작동을 제어하기 위하여 전원부(41)와, 충돌 및 전복상태를 검출하는 검출수단(42)과, 이 검출수단(42)의 결과에 따라 상기 에어튜브(3)를 팽창시켜 보호막을 형성하기 위한 인플레이터(43)로 이루어진 충격검출장치 (4); 를 포함하여 이루어지는 차량사고시 뒷좌석 보호장치
