Abstract

〔목 적〕본 발명은 자동차 루프 패널에 설치되는 루프 랙의 장착구조에 관한 것으로, 특히 루프 패널의 양 사이드 부에 전ㆍ후방향으로 형성되는 배수용 글로브 홈으로 설치되는 루프 랙의 견고한 조립 및 조립작업의 용이화 그리로 설치후 수밀구조를 갖도록 한 자동차 루프 랙의 장착구조에 관한 것이다.
〔구 성〕루프 패널, 사이드 아우트 패널, 레인 포스 및 사이드 이너 패널이 접합되어 자동차 루프의 양 사이드 부에 전ㆍ후방향을 향하도록 형성되는 글로브 홈의 루프 패널 길이방향 중앙부를 레인 포스와 이격되도록 절곡하여 인서트 홈 및 볼트공을 형성하고, 이 인서트 홈으로 볼트의 머리부를 삽입함과 동시에 용접하여 볼트공으로 볼트의 나사부가 인출되도록 하며, 그 상부로 고부재질의 패드 및 루프 랙의 스테이를 관통설치함과 동시에 상기 볼트의 나사부에 너트를 나사조임하여서 되는 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 루프 패널, 사이드 아우트 패널, 레인 포스 및 사이드 이너 패널이 접합되어 자동차 루프의 양 사이드 부에 전ㆍ후방향을 향하도록 형성되는 글로브 홈의 루프 패널 길이방향 중앙부를 레인 포스와 이격되도록 절곡하여 인서트 홈 및 볼트공을 형성하고, 이 인서트 홈으로 볼트의 머리부를 삽입함과 동시에 용접하여 볼트공으로 볼트의 나사부가 인출되도록 하며, 그 상부로 고무재질의 패드 및 루프 랙의 스테이를 관통설치함과 동시에 상기 볼트의 나사부에 너트를 나사조임하여서 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 루프 랙의 장착구조.
