Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 헤드레스트 전후방향위치를 조정할 수 있는 자동차 헤드레스트의 전후조정장치를 제공하기 위하여 자동차 시트 백(30)의 상측 내부에 공간부(31)에 지지판(40)을 위치시키는 동시에 그 시트 백(30)의 내부에 설치되어 있는 와이어 프레임(32)에 수평하게 고정하고, 그 지지판(40)의 상면(41)에서 서포터(42)(43)(44)(45)를 통해 그 상면(41)과 이격되도록 수평하게 지지되는 가이드 샤프트(50)(51)상에 미끄럼결합되는 슬라이더(60)상에 전동모터(62)에 의해 움직이고 아이들 풀리(63)에 의해 안내되면서 구동풀리(64)에 의해 당겨지는 와이어(65)의 일부분을 연결하며, 상기 슬라이더(60)상에 복수개의 높낮이 조정용 부쉬(70)(71)를 설치하고, 그 높낮이 조정용 부쉬(70)(71)에 삽입되고 상단에 헤드레스트(95)가 달린 높낮이 조정봉(73)(74)이 통과할 수 있는 복수개의 장공(80)(81)을 상기 시트 백(30)의 상단부에 전후 길이 방향으로 형성하는 한편, 상기 전동모터(62)에 상시 열림형의 3절환 3접점 스위치(SW)를 접속하여 구성한 것이다.

제2도는 본 발명에 따른 자동차 헤드레스트의 전후조정장치의 구성을 보이 는 단면 사시도,
제3도는 본 발명에 따른 자동차 헤드레스트의 전후조정장치의 전동모터를 정역방향으로 회전시키기 위한 전기회로도이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 자동차 시트 백(30)의 상측 내부에 공간부(31)를 형성하여 그 공간부(31)에 지지판(40)을 위치시키는 동시에 그 시트 백(30)의 내부에 설치되어 있는 와이어 프레임(32)에 수평하게 고정하고, 그 지지판(40)의 상면(41)에서 서포터(42)(43)(44)(45)를 통해 그 상면(41)과 이격되도록 수평하게 지지되는 가이드 샤프트(50)(51)상에 미끄럼결합되는 슬라이더(60)상에 전동모터(62)에 의해 움직이고 아이들 풀리(63)에 의해 안내되면서 구동풀리(64)에 의해 당겨지는 와이어(65)의 일부분을 연결하며, 상기 슬라이더(60)상에 복수개의 높낮이 조정용 부쉬(70)(71)를 설치하고, 그 높낮이 조정용 부쉬(70)(71)에 삽입되고 상단에 헤드레스트(95)가 달린 높낮이 조정봉(73)(74)이 통과할 수 있는 복수개의 장공(80)(81)을 상기 시트 백(30)의 상단부에 전후 길이 방향으로 형성하는 한편, 상기 전동모터(62)에 상시 열림형의 3절환 3접점 스위치(SW)를 접속하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 헤드레스트의 전후조정장치.
