자동차용 시트백의 요추 서포터

본 발명은 허리를 받쳐줄 수 있도록 시트백 내부에 설치되는 자동차용 시트백의 요추 서포터에 관한 것으로, 더 상세히는 구동모터의 구동에 의하여 서포터의 높이 조절이 자동으로 조절되는 자동차용 시트의 요추 서포터에 관한 것이다.
종래의 자동차의 시트백에는 서포터가 설치되어 있으나 획일적인 구조로 제작되어 있다. 즉 표준체형에 맞게 서포터의 위치를 고정하여 놓았기 때문에 서포터의 위치가 각 개인의 체형에 맞지 않을 경우 여행중 피로가 가중되는 악영향을 미치게 된다.
본 발명은 각 개인의 체형에 맞게 서포터의 높이를 조절할 수 있도록 함으로써 여행중 안락감을 줄 수 있도록 하는데 그 목적이 있다.
이러한 본 발명의 목직은 정, 역회전되는 구동모터를 이용하여 서포터를 상, 하로 위치 조절할 수 있도록 함으로써 달성된다.
이하, 본 발명의 바람직한 일실시예를 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다.
자동차용 시트백(2)에 환봉형으로 양측이 일정간격을 갖도록 굴곡시켜 수직으로 설치한 가이드(l0)에 상, 하 이동되게 양단을 연결시킨 서포터(20)를 설치하고 서포터(20)의 중앙부에 교차되어 회동가능하게 힌지로 링크(30)를 연결시키며 구동모터(40)의 풀리(4l)에 링크(30) 하단과 연결된 와이어(42)를 권취시켜서 된 것이다.
이와같이 된 본 발명은, 가이드(10)는 환형봉으로써 굴곡시키되 최소한 좌우 양측이 일정간격을 갖도록 수직으로 설치하며 시트백(2)에 대해서는 같은 경사를 이루도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.
양단이 가이드(10)를 감싸게 설치된 다수의 서포터(20)는 양단이 슬라이딩될 수 있도록 상측에 차례로 설치하면 된다. 링크(30)는 수개의 링크를 마름모꼴로 연결하여 구성하되, 링크의 교차부위를 각 서포터(20)의 중간에 연결함으로써 링크(30)가 축장되고 축소됨에 따라 서포터(20)가 가이드(10)를 따라 상, 하 방향으로 슬라이딩 될 수 있도록 한다.
구동모터(40)에는 풀리(41)를 축설하고, 이 풀러(41)에 와이어(42)를 감아서 링크(30)의 양단에 연결한다. 이때, 와이어(42)는 구동모터(40)의 회전에 따라 풀리(4)에 감기거나 풀리도록 그 양단을 연결하여야 한다. 그리고 구동모터(40)를 전동시키기 위하여 도시하지 않은 자동차의 배터리전원을 연결하며, 전환스위치(43)로 단속할 수 있게 한다.
이와같은 본 발명은 시트(1)에 앉았을때 서포터(20)의 위치가 신체에 맞지 않으면, 전환스위치(43)를 조작하여 조절할 수 있게 된다.
예를들어 서포터(20)의 위치가 너무 낮을 경우 구동모터(40)를 정회전시키면 풀리(41)에 와이어(42)가 감겨지면서 와이어(42)가 당겨지고 와이어(42)가 당겨짐에 따라 링크(30)의 양단이 당겨지므로 링크(30)가 펴지면서 링크(30)가 중간부에 연결된 서포터(20)가 가이드(10)를 따라 상향으로 슬라이딩되고, 서포터(20)는 전체적으로 상측으로 위치 조정되어 각 서포터(20)간의 간격은 작동전보다 커지는 결과가 된다.
이와같이 구동모터(40)를 정회전시킴으로써 서포터(20)의 위치가 상측으로 이동되어 체형에 맞게 조정된다. 이와반대로 서포터(20)의 위치가 너무 높으면 구동모터(40)가 역회전시키면 풀리(41)에서 와이어(42)가 물려지고 링크(30)의 길이가 축소된다. 그러면 서포터(26)가 가이드(10)를 따라 자동에 의해 하향으로 슬라이딩 된다. 그러므로 서포터(20)는 전체적으로 하측으로 위치 조정되고 각 서포터(20)간의 간격은 작동전보다 좁아지는 결과가 된다.
이와같이 본 발명은 서포터의 위치를 구동모터의 구동으로 자동 조절하여 각 개인의 체형에 맞게 사용할 수 있도록 한 것으로, 안락한 여행을 즐길 수 있으며, 특히 고속버스등 대량인원 수송차량의 시트에 적용하면 다양한 승객이 만족스럽게 사용할 수 있는 효과가 있는 것이다.

  1. 자동차용 시트백(2)에, 환형봉으로, 양측이 일정간격을 갖도록 굴곡시켜 수직으로 설치한 가이드(10)에, 상,하 이동되게 양단을 연결시킨 서포터(20)를 설치하고, 서포터(20)의 중앙부에 교차 연결되게 링크(30)를 연결시키며, 구동모터(40)의 풀리(41)에 링크(30) 하단과 연결된 와이어(42)를 권취시켜서 된 것을특징으로 하는 자동차용 시트백의 요추 서포터.
