Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 리어시트 자동 절첩장치에 관한 것으로써, 특히 리어시트 백에 웨빙 벨트를 연결하여 모터의 구동으로 상기 웨빙 벨트를 권취시키는 동작으로 시트백을 절첩시킬 수 있게 하고, 시트백의 일측에 로킹수단를 설치하여 시트백이 원래의 위치로 이동된 상태에서 로킹 수단으로서 견고하게 로킹시켜 차량의 충돌시 트렁크에 무거운짐에 의해 시트백이 실내로 밀려들어오는 현상을 방지하여 뒷자석의 승객을 안전하게 보호할 수 있도록 한 자동차용 리어시트 자동 절첩장치에 관한 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 차량용 리어시트(1)의 시트백(2)에 웨빙 벨트(3)를 연결하고, 상기 웨빙벨트(3)의 타단을 모터(4)와 워엄(5) 및 워엄기어(7)와 구동기어(8)에 연결되어 회전 동작하는 권취릴(9)에 연결하며, 이 하측으로는 파티션 패널(10)에 걸림고리(11)를 설치하고, 상기 걸림고리(11)에 걸림 동작할 수 있도록 시트백(2) 액츄에이터(12)에 의해 동작하는 래크(13)와 맞물림 동작하면서 걸림턱(14)을 갖는 피니언기어(15)를 축(16)으로 회전 동작 가능하게 설치하여 구성함을 특징으로 한 자동차용 리어시트 자동 절첩장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시트백(2)의 위치를 감지할 수 있도록 감지센서(19)가 파티션 패널(10)상측에 설치되어 구성함을 특징으로 한 자동차용 리어시트 자동 절첩장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리어시트(1)의 쿠션과 시트백(2)이 연결되는 힌지부(17)에 토션 스프링(18)을 설치하여 구성함을 특징으로 한 자동차용 리어시트 자동 절첩장치.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 액츄에이터(12)와 모터(4) 및 감지센서(19)는 콘트롤 유니트(20)를 통하여 작동 스위치(21)와 전기적으로 연결 구성함을 특징으로 한 자동차용 리어시트 자동 절첩장치.
