Abstract

본 발명은 농업용 폴리염화비닐 적층필름 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 좀 더 상세하게는 상기 방법은 펠렛 또는 분말상태의 폴리염화비닐 수지, 접착성 수지, 및 폴리올레핀 수지에 내후제 및 유적제를 첨가하여 각각의 압출기에 넣고 용융압출시킨 다음, 하나의 압출 다이를 통해 공압출시키는 것으로 이루어짐으로써 기존의 방법에 비해 제조공정을 단순화하여 제조경비를 절감할 수 있으며 이로부터 제조된 필름은 농업용으로 사용하기에 적합한 잇점을 가진다. 한편 본 발명의 농업용 폴리염화비닐 적층필름은 수지 중합도가 800~1700인 폴리염화비닐 수지, 가소제 30∼80PHR, Ba/Zn계 또는 아인산계 열안정제 0.1∼0.4PHR 및 유적제 0.9~3.0PHR을 포함하는 폴리염화비닐 수지층; 내후제 0.3∼1.0PHR을 포함하며 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 및 에틸렌 초산 비닐 공중합체로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 폴리올레핀 수지층; 및 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 에틸렌 초산비닐 공중합체, 에틸렌/에틸 아크릴레이트 공중합체, 에틸렌/메틸 아크릴레이트 공중합체, 에틸렌/부틸 아크릴레이트 공중합체로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 것에 라디칼 중합가능 불포화 극성 단량체가 적어도 1종 이상 그라프트되어 상기 폴리염화비닐 수지층과 폴리올레핀 수지층 사이에 형성된 접착성 수지층으로 이루어진다.

Claims (18)

  1. 펠렛 또는 분말상태의 폴리염화비닐 수지, 점착성 수지, 및 폴리올레핀 수지에 내후제 및 유적제를 첨가하여 각각의 압출기에 넣고 용융압출시킨 다음, 하나의 압출 다이를 통해 공압출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 농업용 폴리염화비닐 적층필름의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내후제는 HALS 또는 벤조페논계의 자외선 안정제이며, 그 첨가량은 0.3∼1.0PHR인 것을 특징으로 하는 농업용 폴리염화비닐 적층필름의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 내후제는 상기 폴리올레핀 수지에만 첨가되거나 또는 상기 3종의 수지 모두에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 농업용 폴리염화비닐 적층필름의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유적제는 지방산 에스테르계 유적제이며, 그 첨가량은 0. 9~3.0PHR인 것을 특징으로 하는 농업용 폴리염화비닐 적층필름의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 유적제는 상기 폴리염화비닐 수지에만 첨가되거나, 또는 상기 3종의 수지 모두에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 농업용 폴리염화비닐 적층필름의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 3종의 수지에 블로킹 방지제를 더 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 농업용 폴리염화비닐 적층필름의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 블로킹 방지제는 스테아린산 아미드 및 에틸렌 비스 스테아미드로 구성된 군으로부터 선맥된 아미드계 성분과, 탄산칼슘 또는 이산화규소가 단독으로 또는 혼합되어 사용되고, 그 사용량은 0.2∼1.0PHR인 것을 특징으로 하는 농업용 폴리염화비닐 적층필름의 제조방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 블로킹 방지제는 폴리염화비닐 수지와 폴리올레핀 수지에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 농업용 폴리염화비닐 적층필름의 제조방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리염화비닐 수지는 800∼1700의 수지중합도를 가지며, 가소제 30∼80PHR과 Ba/Zn계열안정제 및 또는 아인산계 열안정제 0.1∼0.4PHR을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 농업용 폴리염화비닐 적층필름의 제조방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리염화비닐 수지가 활제로서 스테아린산 아연 또는 스테아린산 칼슘을 0.4PHR 이하로 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 농업용 폴리염화비닐 적층필름의 제조방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접착성 수지는 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 에틸렌 초산 비닐 공중합체, 에틸렌/에틸 아크릴레이트 공중합체, 에틸렌/메틸 아크릴레이트 공중합체, 에틸렌/부틸 아크릴레이트 공중합체로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 라디칼 중합가능 불포화 극성 단량체가 적어도 1종 이상 그라프트된 것이고, 상기 극성 단량체는 아크릴산, 메틸 아크릴산, 푸마르산, 이타콘산, 에릴 아크릴산, 말레인산, 무수 말레인산 및 이들의 무수물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 에틸렌계 불포화 카르복시산이며, 상기 극성 단량체가 그라프트되는 율은 0.1∼10중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 농업용 폴리염화비닐 적층필름의 제조방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 수지는 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 및 에틸렌 초산 비닐 공중합체로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 농업용 폴리염화비닐 적층필름의 제조방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 수지는 저밀도 폴리에틸렌으로서 0.1∼6.0g/10min의 용융지수 및 0.915∼0.925g/cc의 밀도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 농업용 폴리염화비닐 적층필름의 제조방법.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 수지는 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌으로서 0.2∼4.0g/10min의 용융지수 및 0.900∼0.935g/cc의 밀도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 농업용 폴리염화비닐 적층필름의 제조방법.
  15. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 수지는 에틸렌 초산비닐 공중합체로서 초산비닐 함량이 1∼20중량%이며 0.2∼6.0g/10min의 용융지수를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 농업용 폴리염화비닐 적층필름의 제조 방법.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적층필름의 제조시 관형 다이 또는 캐스팅 다이를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 농업용 폴리염화비닐 적층필름의 제조방법.
  17. a) 수지 중합도가 800~700인 폴리염화비닐 수지, 가소제 30~80PHR, Ba/Zn계 또는 아인산계 열안정제 0.1∼0.4PHR 및 유적제 0.9∼3.0PHR을 포함하는 폴리염화비닐 수지층; b) 내후제 0.3∼1.0PHR을 포함하며 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 및 에틸렌 초산 비닐 공중합체로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 폴리올레핀 수지층; 및 c) 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 에틸렌 초산비닐 공중합체, 에틸렌/에틸 아크릴레이트 공중합체, 에틸렌/메틸 아크릴레이트 공중합체, 에틸렌/부틸 아크릴레이트 공중합체로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 것에 라디칼 중합가능 불포화 극성 단량체가 적어도 1종 이상 그라프트되어 상기 폴리염화비닐 수지층과 폴리올레핀 수지층 사이에 형성된 접착성 수지층으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 농업용 폴리염화비닐 적층필름.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 폴리염화비닐 수지층은 내후제 및 블로킹 방지제를 더 포함하고, 상기 폴리올레핀 수지층은 유적제 및 블로킹 방지제를 더 포함하며, 상기 접착성 수지층은 내후제 및 유적제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 농업용 폴리염화비닐 적층필름.
