Abstract
본 발명은, 엔진과, 트랜스미션 하우징을 갖는 트랜스미션과, 회전자와 고정자를 갖는 리타더 및, 리타더 축의 축방향으로 배열된 두 베어링에 의해 지지되게끔 설치된 리타더 축으로 이루어지는 차량용 구동장치에 관한 것으로서, 상기 베어링들 중의 적어도 하나("외측 베어링")는 상기 트랜스미션 하우징의 벽("외측벽")에 의해 지지되고, 상기 리타더 축이 상기 트랜스미션 하우징의 외측벽 너머로 자유 돌출되며, 상기 외측벽의 상기 외측 베어링의 외측의 상기 리타더 축상에 시일링 요소가 수용되고, 상기 시일링 요소가 리타더 축과 상기 외측벽 사이의 틈새에서 트랜스미션 오일과 상기 리타더의 동작 매체를 밀봉하는 구성의 것이다.

제1도는 엔진, 트랜스미션, 냉각수를 동작 매체로 하는 유체작동식 리타더, 열교환기, 상기 열교환기를 위한 팬, 순환 펌프, 냉각수 라인 및 평행 탱크로 이루어지는 구동 열의 개략도.
제2도는 일부를 점선으로 표시한 트랜스미션과 리타더를 갖는 본 발명에 따른 실시예의 배치도.
제3도는 제2도의 상세도.
Claims (7)
- 엔진(1)과, 트랜스미션 하우징(2.2)을 갖는 트랜스미션(2)과, 회전자(3.1)와 고정자(3.2)를 갖는 리타더(3) 및, 상기 트랜스미션에 취부되고 2 이상의 베어링(2.4, 2.5)에 의해 지지되게끔 설치된 리타더 축(2.1)을 갖는 차량용 구동장치로서, 상기 리타더 축(2.1)이 상기 트랜스미션 하우징(2.2)의 외측벽(2.3)을 너머로 자유 돌출되며; 상기 트랜스미션 하우징(2.2)의 상기 외측벽(2.3) 상에 설치되는 리타더 축(2.1) 상에 하나 이상의 시일링 요소(2.8)가 수용되고; 상기 시일링 요소가 상기 리타더 축(2.1)과 상기 외측벽(2.3) 사이의 틈새에서 트랜스미션 오일과 상기 리타더의 동작 매체를 밀봉하며, 트랜스미션(2)의 윤활유가 리타더의 동작매체와 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리타더 또는 상기 리타더 축을 지지하는 상기 외측벽(2.3)의 부분이 커버로서 형성되어, 트랜스미션 하우징(2.2)의 일부에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 리타더 축(2.1)이 동시에 기어 형상의 피니언(2.10)을 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 피니언(2.10)이 두개의 베어링들(2.4, 2.5)의 일측부 또는 타측부, 또는 상기 두개의 베어링들 사이에 축방향으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 리타더 축(2.1)이 중공 축인 것을 특징으로 하는 구동장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 리타더 축(2.1)이 중공 축인 것을 특징으로 하는 구동장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 리타더 축(2.1)이 중공 축인 것을 특징으로 하는 구동장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
