Abstract

본 발명은 엔진을 구성하는 크랭크 케이스(Crank Case)에 최적의 부압상태를 유지시켜서 과도한 오일미스트(Oil Mist)가 서지탱크를 유입되어 흡기로 공급되는 현상을 제어하므로서 연소실로 흡입되어 불완전연소되는 오일(Lubricaing Oil : 윤활유)에 의한 탄화수소(Hydro carbon : HC)의 배출량을 저감시킬 수 있도록 하는 자동차 엔진의 크랭크 케이스 부압 조절밸브에 관한 것으로, 엔진의 실린더헤드에 하나의 부압라인을 연결시킨 다음 상기 부압라인의 끝단에 ECU에 의하여 절환작동과 함께 개도각이 자동으로 조절되는 삼방밸브를 장설하고, 상기 삼방밸브에 서지탱크라인과 브리더라인을 연결하여서 엔진 부하에 관계없이 크랭크 케이스 내부가 적정한 부압을 유지할 수 있도록 함과 동시에 오일미스트가 연소실로 유입되는 량을 현저하게 줄여 배기가스에 탄화수소의 량을 줄일 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 엔진의 실린더헤드에 하나의 부압라인을 연결시킨 다음 상기 부압라인의 끝단에 ECU에 의하여 절환작동과 함께 개도각이 자동으로 조절되는 삼방밸브를 장설하고, 상기 삼방밸브에 스로틀밸브후의 서지탱크라인과 스로틀밸브전의 브리더라인을 연결하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차 엔진의 크랭크 케이스 부압 조절밸브.
