Abstract

본 발명은 예를 들면, 새깅되지 않는 RTV 실리콘 실런트 조성물을 제조하는 데 사용되는 표면 개질된 보송 보송한 강화 실리카-폴리디오가노실록산 분말로부터 폴리디오가노실록산-실리카 혼합물을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 이들 혼합물은 강화 실리카 충전제와 표면 개질제를 실리카 1중량부당 표면 개질제 0.1 내지 0.5중량부를 사용하여 90 내지 180℃에서 배합하고 혼합한 다음 가열하여 제조한다. 폴리디오가노실록산은 10분 미만의 시간에 걸쳐 수득한 유체화된 충전제에 서서히 가하여 보송보송한 강화 실리카-폴리디오가노실록산 분말을 수득한다. 최종 혼합물은 농축물을 괴상화하고 폴리디오가노실록산을 추가하여 실리카 충전제 3 내지 20중량%를 함유하는 혼합물을 수득함으로써 수득한다. RTV 실리콘 실런트 조성물은 본 방법의 개시로부터 10 내지 15분 내에 수득한다.

Claims (4)

  1. 표면적이 90 내지 500㎡/g이고 중앙 응집체-응집괴 입자 크기가 600μm 미만인 강화 실리카 충전제와 화학식(1)의 표면 개질제를 혼합, 가열하면서 배합하여 실리카 충전제 1중량부당 표면 개질제 0.1 내지 0.5중량부인 충전제 혼합물을 수득하는 단계(1), 충전제 혼합물을 90 내지 180℃의 온도에서 30분 이하 동안 혼합하고 표면 개질제가 실리카 충전제에 고루 분산되고 충전제 혼합물의 중앙 응집체-응집괴 입자 크기가 실리카 충전제의 중앙 응집체-응집괴 입자 크기 미만으로 될 때까지 유체화된 분말 상태로 유지시켜 혼함 공정 동안 충전제 혼합물로부터 휘발물을 제거하여 개질된 실리카 충전제를 수득하는 단계(2), 측정한 점도가 0.1 내지 400Paㆍs인 폴리디오가노실록산을 단계(2)로부터 수득한 개질된 실리카 충전제에 혼합하면서 서서히 가하여 단계(2)의 완료시 개질된 실리카 충전제가 수득된 직후로부터 10분 미만에 첨가를 완료(여기서, 폴리디오가노실록산은, 이와 개질된 실리카 충전제의 총량을 기준으로 하여, 실리카 충전제를 25 내지 40중량% 제공하는 양으로 가한다)하는 단계(3), 강화 실리카-폴리디오가노실록산 조성물의 균일한 보송보송한 분말이 수득될 때까지 혼합[여기서, 단계(3)과 단계(4)의 총 혼합 시간은 10분을 초과하지 않는다]하는 단계(4), 페이스트조도 혼합물이 수득될 때까지 단계(4)로부터 수득한 균일한 보송보송한 실리카-폴리디오가노실록산 조성물을 괴상하는 단계(5) 및 폴리디오가노실록산을 추가로 서서히 혼합하여 단계(4)의 보송보송한 실리카-폴리디오가노실록산보다 폴리디오가노실록산 농도가 높은 균일한 혼합물(여기서, 실리카 충전제 함량은 혼합물의 충중량을 기준으로 하여 8 내지 20중량%이다)을 수득하는 단계(6)을 포함하여, 표면 개질된 보송보송한 강화 실리카-폴리디오가노실록산 조성물 분말을 제조하는 방법.
    R'O(R2SiO)XR' (I)
    상기 화학식(1)에서, R은 메틸, 에틸, 비닐, 3,3,3-트리플루오로프로필 또는 페닐이고, R'는 각각 메틸 라디칼, 에틸 라디칼 및 아세틸 라디칼로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되며, x는 2 내지 12의 값이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(3)의 폴리디오가노실록산이 단계(2)의 개질된 실리카 충전제에 중분량으로 첨가되는 방법.
  3. 25℃에서 측정한 플라토 응력이 1000dynes/㎠를 초과하고 25℃에서 측정한 50,000dynes/㎠의 진단 응력에서의 전단감점도가 600Paㆍs이하인, 제1항 또는 제2항의 방법으로 수득 가능한 범용 혼합물.
  4. 제3항에 따르는 범용 혼합물을 포함하고, 수분 가수분해성 가교결합 실리콘 화합물을 추가로 포함하는 실온 경화성 실리콘 실런트 조성물.
