Abstract

본 발명에는 30-50중량%의 폐주물사, 5-10중량%의 분진 및 그 나머지 량의 점토를 포함하고 있는 적벽돌 및 그 제조방법이 개시되어 있다. 본 발명에 따르면, 폐자재인 폐주물사와 분진을 효과적으로 재활용할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 급속도로 고갈되고 있는 모래의 사용량을 줄일 수 있으며, 제조과정 중 소성공정시의 온도를 크게 떨어뜨릴 수 있고 화공약품 대신 분진에 포함된 산화철을 이용함으로써 제조공정의 경제성이 크게 개선될 수 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 5-15중량%의 분진과 40-70중량%의 폐주물사 및 그 나머지 량의 시멘트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적벽돌.
  2. 5-10중량%의 분진과 30-50중량%의 폐주물사와 그 나머지 량의 점토를 혼합한 다음 소정량의 물로 반죽하는 단계, 상기 반죽을 성형기에 넣어 성형하고 건조시킨 다음 소성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적벽돌의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 소성은 970-1000℃에서 10-12시간 동안 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적벽돌의 제조방법.
