Abstract

본 발명은 (a)표면적/중량 비율이 1.1㎡/g 이상이고 입자 크기가 1.0㎛이하인 금속 은의 구형의 비응집성 미립자, 및 (b)연화점이 350 내지 620℃이고 금속은 100중량부 당 2.1 중량부 이하의 양으로 함유된 유리프릿의 미립자를 함유하며 성분(a) 및 (b)가 유기 매질(c) 중에 분산된, 전도성 패턴을 적용하는 데에 사용되는 후막 페이스트 조성물에 관한 것이다.

제1도는 자동차의 배면창 위에 위치한 후막 전도체 페이스트를 사용하여 형성한 통상의 전도성 그리드, 및 이 그리드의 전극 단자를 결합시키기 위해 사용되는 버스 바아를 예시한 도면.

Claims (3)

  1. (a)표면적/중량 비율이 1.1㎡/g 이상이고 입자 크기가 1.0㎛이하인 금속 은의 구형의 비응집성 미립자, 및 (b)연화점이 350 내지 620℃이고 금속은 100중량부 당 2.1중량부 이하의 양으로 함유된 유리 프릿의 미립자를 함유하며 성분(a)및 (b)가 유기 매질(c)중에 분산된, 전도성 패턴을 적용하는데에 사용되는 후막 페이스트 조성물에 관한 것이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 은은 56% 이상의 한계 안료 부피 농도를 갖는 것인 후막 페이스트 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 금속 수지산염, 붕소 및 붕소화물를 화합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 착색제를 추가로 함유하는 후막 페이스트 조성물.
