Abstract

본 발명은 동보상예측을 위하여 프레임메모리로부터 출력하는 예측매크로블럭데이타들을 예측매크로 블럭필터링구조에 적합한 순서로 변환하는 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 장치는 예측(Prediction)을 위하여 프레임 메모리로부터 출력하는 데이터를 기록 및 출력하기 위한 쓰기어드레스신호 읽기어드레스신호를 발생하는 어드레스신호발생부와, 쓰기어드레스신호에 따라 지정된 어드레스의 메모리에 예측매크로블럭데이타를 기록하고, 기록된 데이터를 읽기어드레스신호에 따라 지정된 어드레스의 메모리로부터 라인단위로 출력하는 예측매크로블럭메로리로 구성된다. 따라서, 본 발명에 의하여 프레임메모리로부터의 데이터가 예측매크로블럭필터링부로 라인단위로 출력함으로써 필터링부에서의 수평보간, 수직보간, 및 순/역방향예측시에 딜레이되는 시간을 줄일 수 있는 효과를 가진다.

Claims (8)

  1. 동벡터에 의해 지정되어 프레임메모리로부터 출력하는 예측매크로 블럭데이타를 필터링하여 동보상하는 동화상 복호기에 있어서, 상기 프레임메모리로부터의 출력데이타를 기록 및 출력하기 위한 어드레스를 지정하기 위한 쓰기어드레스신호와 읽기어드레스신호를 발생하는 어드레스발생부; 및 상기 쓰기어드레스신호에 근거하여 지정된 어드레스의 데이타를 매크로블럭단위로 기록하고, 상기 읽기어드레스신호에 따라 지정된 어드레스의 기록 데이타를 라인단위로 읽어내는 예측매크로블럭메모리를 포함하는 예측매크로블럭 변환을 이용한 동화상 복호기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 예측매크로블럭메모리는 제1 및 제2영역으로 나뉘고, 각 영역은 상기 프레임메모리로부터 출력하는 데이타의 읽기, 쓰기를 교번적으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 예측매크로블럭 변환을 이용한 동화상 복호기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 예측매크로블럭메모리는 순방향예측과 역방향예측을 위하여 2워드×28라인으로 구성된 각각의 메모리를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 예측매크로블럭 변환을 이용한 동화상 복호기. 여기서 '1워드'는 '16화소'이다.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 예측매크로블럭메모리는 순방향예측을 위한 데이타를 기록한 후 역방향예측을 위한 데이타를 기록하는 것을 특징으로 하는 예측매크로블럭 변환을 이용한 동화상 복호기.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 예측매크로블럭메모리는 휘도신호를 위한 데이타를 기록한 후 색차신호 데이타를기록하여 각 방향예측에 대한 데이타를 기록하는 것을 특징으로 하는 예측매크로블럭 변환을 이용한 동화상복호기.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 예측매크로블럭메모리는 반화소단위 예측올 위하여 2개의매크로블럭을 구비하여 상기 프레임메모리로부터의 출력데이타를 '좌'매크로블럭에서 '우'매크로블럭순으로 기록하는 것을 특징으로 하는 예측매크로블럭 변환을 이용한 동화상 복호기.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 예측매크로블럭메모리는 라인단위로 휘도신호데이타를 먼저 출력한 후 색차신호데이타를 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 예측매크로블럭 변환을 이용한 동화상 복호기.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 동화상 복호기는 프레임예측군과 필드예측군을 위한 데이타를 겸하여 기록하고 출력할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 예측매크로블럭 변환을 이용한 동화상 복호기.
