Abstract
제어 신호 Vb와 가변 캐패시턴스 Cv의 함수에 따라 국부 발진기의 주파수의 변화를 선형으로 하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 위상 동기 루프를 이용한 주파수 변조용 장치는 제어 전압 Vb의 함수가 캐패시턴스 Cv의 함수값에 따라 발진기 주파수의 선형 편향을 보상하기 위해 제공된 선형 편향성을 취함에 따라 등가의 캐패시턴스의 변화를 제공하는 상기 묘듈(20)에 의해 형성된다.

Claims (6)
- 제어 전압에 의해 제어될 수 있는 주파수를 갖는 출력 신호를 공급하는 발진기와, 한 입력은 복소되는 신호를 수신하고 다른 한 입력은 발진기로부터 출력 신호를 수신하는 2개의 입력을 포함하는 위상 비교기와, 발진기에 상기 제어 신호를 공급하는 필터링 수단에 신호를 공급하는 상기 위상 비교기의 출력부와, 복소 장치에 대한 출력 신호를 포함한 위상 동기 루프형 주파수 변소 신호를 복조하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 상기 발진기는 인덕턴스와 적어도하나의 고정된 캐패시터와 결합된 전기 모듈에 의해 형성된 고정 캐패시턴스와 가변 캐패시턴스의 병렬 접속에 의해 형성되고, 가변 캐패시턴스의 함수값에 따라 발진기의 주파수 반응의 선형 편향을 고정된 주파수 범위내에서 보상하기 위해 선형 편향을 제한한 값을 갖는 등가의 가변 캐패시턴스를 상기 모듈에 제공되는 제어 전압의 합수에 따라 공급하는 공진회로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주파수 변조 신호를 복조하기 위한 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전자 모듈은 차동 출력 트랜스 콘덕턴스 타입의 증폭기와 2개의 고정된 캐패시터와 대칭적으로 결합된 길버트 셀을 포함하고, 상기 증폭기는 길버트 셀의 입력에 제공되는 전압을 갖는 다이오드에 의해 출력부에 충전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주파수 변조 신호를 복조하기 위한 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 제어 전압의 함수에 따라 가변 캐패시턴스를 변화시키는 규칙은 포물선 타입인 것을 특징으로 하는 주파수 변조 신호를 복조하기 위한 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 증폭기는 상기 다이오드와 접속된 출력 전극을 갖는 한쌍의 트랜지스터에 의해 구성된 차동 출력단과 선형 저항을 통해 상호 결합되어 2개의 전류원에 의해 공급되는 기준 전극과 충분한 선형 전달합수를 갖고, 전압이 상보형이고 출력단의 입력부와 결합된 출력부를 갖는 차동형 제1입력단과, 충분한 선형 전달합수를 갖고, 출력단에 공급하는 2개의 전류원에 의해 공급되는 전류에 따라 명령을 제공하는 단일 출력단을 갖는 제2입력단에 상기 제어 신호가 수신되는 2개의 입력단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주파수 변조 신호를 복조하기 위한 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 증폭기의 제1및 제2입력단 각각은 선정된 오프셋 전압을 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주파수 변조 신호를 복조하기 위한 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 텔레비젼 신호를 수신하기 위한 장치는 변조장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주파수 변조 신호를 복조하기 위한 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
