Abstract

전자부품용 냉각장치에 있어서, 소형화기 용이하고, 또한 조립작업성에 뛰어나는 구성으로 하는 것을 과제로 한다.
전자 부품에 접속되어지는 히이트싱크에 복수의 방열휜이 형성됨과 아울러, 이들 방열휜의중 적어도 1쌍의 방열퓐이 상호평행으로 형성되고, 양방열퓐에 의해 형성되는 홈내에 전자부품을 공냉하기 위한 팬을 회전구동하는 모우터가 축방향으로 홈의 길이방향으로 일치시켜서 감합되고, 양방열퓐에는 홈내에 감합된 모우터를 받는 모우터보디받음부가 형성되고, 방열휜의 상단에 모우터의 단자를 접속한 프린트 기판이 부착되고, 그 프린트기판에 전기홈에 감합하여 모우터를 모우터보디받음부와의 사이에서 협지하는 압압돌기기 형성되어 있는 기술이 채용된다.

Claims (2)

  1. 전자부품에 접속되어지는 히이트싱크(2)에 복수의 방열휜(2A)이 형성됨과 아울러, 이들 방열휜(2A)의중 적어도 1쌍의 방열휜이 상호평행으로 형성되고, 양방열퓐(2a)(2b)에 의해서 형성되는 홈(2C)내에, 전자부품(-)을 냉각하기 위한 팬(fan)(3a)을 회전구동하는 모우터(3)가 그 축방향을 홈(2c)의 길이 방향으로 일치시켜서 감합되고, 양방열원(2a)(2b)에는 홈(2c)내에 감합된 모우터(3)를 받는 모우터보디받음부(20)가 형성되고, 방열휜(2A)의 상단에 모우터의 단자(3b)를 접속한 프린트기판(4)이 부착되고, 그 프린트기판에, 전기홈(2c)에 감합하여 모우터(3)를 모우터보디받음부(2d)와의 사이에서 협지하는 압압돌기(4b)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자부품용 냉각장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전기프린트기판(4)이 세라믹스 또는 금속으로 이루어지는 코어기재(=)를 보유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자부품용 냉각장치.
