Abstract

본 발명은 소형화를 확보한 뒤에 디스크 사용상의 자유도를 향상시킬 수 있도록 하기 위해, 덮개(11)에 회전 운동 궤적에 대응한 안내홈(18a,19a)이 형성된 안내레일(18,19)를 카트리지 본체(10)에 수용되는 디스크(12)의 디스크 평면에 대향하여 설치하고, 이 안내 레일(18,19)의 안내홈(18a,19a)에 카트리지 본체(10)의 하부케이스(10b)에 형성한 안내 볼록부(20)를 자유롭게 수용하고, 이 안내 볼록부(20)에 따라서 안내 레일(18,20)의 안내홈(18a,19a)이 이동하여 덮개(11)의 개폐를 형성하도록 구성한 것이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 적어도 한쪽에 신호 기록면이 설치된 디스크가 회전이 자유롭도록 수용되는 것으로서, 이 수용된 디스크에 대하여 정보 신호의 기록 및/또는 재생을 행하는 픽업을 행하는 개구부가 상기 디스크의 신호 기록면에 대응하여 설치되고, 또한 상기 수용된 디스크에 출입하는 디스크 출입구가 설치된 카트리지 본체와; 이 카트리지 본체의 개구부에 원활하게 슬라이드되도록 설치되고, 상기 개구부를 폐쇄하는 제1위치와 상기 개구부를 해방하여 상기 디스크에 대한 기록 및/또는 재생을 허용하는 제2위치를 담당하는 셔터와; 일단부가 상기 카트리지 본체의 디스크 출입구를 개폐하는 덮개와; 이 덮개에 상기 카트리지 본체에 수용되는 디스크의 디스크 평면에 대향하여 배치되는 것으로서, 상기 덮개의 회전 운동 궤적에 대응한 안내홈이 설치되는 안내 레일과; 상기 카트리지 본체에 상기 디스크 평면에 대향하여 설치되는 것으로서, 상기 안내 레일의 안내홈에 수용되어, 상기 덮개의 개폐에 연속 동작하여 상기 안내 레일의 안내홈을 안내하여 상기 덮개를 회전 운동 안내하는 덮개 개폐용 안내 볼록부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 덮개는 일단부가 상기 카트리지 본체의 단부에 회전 운동이 자유롭도록 걸어 맞춤되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지 장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 안내 레일은 카트리지 본체에 수용되는 디스크의 디스크 평면을 사이에 끼워 한쌍의 대향하도록 덮개에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 안내 볼록부는 한쌍의 안내 레일에 대응하여 카트리지 본체에 독립하여 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지 장치.
  5. 제1,2항 또는 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 덮개에는 폐쇄 위치에 디스크 수용부의 일부를 형성하는 디스크 받침부가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지 장치.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 덮개에는 폐쇄 위치에 디스크 수용부의 일부를 형성하는 디스크 받침부가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지 장치.
  7. 제1,2항 또는 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 덮개는 카트리지 본체와 다른 색으로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지 장치.
  8. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 덮개는 카트리지 본체와 다른 색으로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지 장치.
