정보 신호 기록용 디스크(4)를 수납한 카트리지 본체(33)와 이 카트리지 본체(33)에 이동 가능하게 부착되 셔터부재(8)와 이 셔터부재(8)의 이동 방향을 따라 상기 카트리지 본체(33)에 형성된 상기 셔터부재(8)의 개방 조작을 하도록 셔터 개방 조작부재(21)가 진입하는 셔터부재 개방 조작용 홈부(36)를 구비하고, 이 홈부(36)내에 상기 셔터 개방 조작부재(21)의 이탈을 허용하는 이탈부(37)를 설치하였다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 디스크 카트리지를 도시하는 도면으로서, 기록 재생용 개구부가 개방된 상태에 있는 상방측 주면에서 본 사시도.
제2도는 본 발명에 따른 디스크 카트리지를 도시하는 도면으로서, 기록 재생용 개구부가 개방된 상태에 있는 하방측 주면에서 본 사시도.
제3도는 본 발명에 따른 디스크 카트리지를 구성하는 카트리지 본체의 홈부를 확대하여 도시하는 사시도.
제4도는 본 발명에 따른 디스크 카트리지를 구성하는 카트리지 본체의 홈부를 확대하여 도시하는 정면도.
제5도는 본 발명에 따른 디스크 카트리지를 이젝트 위치의 카트리지홀더에 삽입시킨 상태를 설명하는 개략적인 측면도.

Claims (1)

  1. 정보 신호 기록용 디스크가 수납됨과 함께 상기 디스크의 최소 일부분을 지름 방향에 걸쳐서 외방으로 면하게 하는 개구부가 헝성된 카트리지 본체와, 상기 카트리지 본체에 이동이 가능하게 부착되어 상기 각 개구부를 개폐하는 셔터부재와, 상기 카트리지 본체에 수납된 디스크에 정보 신호의 기록 및 재생을 수행하는 기록 및 재생장치에 대한 삽입 방향으로 평행한 상기 셔터부재의 이동 방향을 따라 카트리지 본체에 형성되는 상기 셔터부재의 이동 방향을 따라 카트리지 본체에 형성되는 상기 셔터부재의 개방 조작을 하도록 셔트 개방 조작부재가 진입되는 셔터부재 개방 조작용 홈부를 포함하며, 상기 셔터부재가 셔터 개방 조작부재에 의해 상기 개구부를 개방한 위치로 이동하였을때, 상기 셔터 개방 조작부재의 이탈을 가능하게 하는 이탈부를 상기 셔터부재 개방 조작용 홈부내에 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 카트리지.
