Abstract

본 발명은 도전성 접착제를 채용한 액정 표시 장치 제조방법에 관한 것으로 더욱 자세하게는 칼라 필터 기판과 박막 트랜지스터 기판으로 구성되는 액정 표시 장치의 접합시키기 위한 새로운 방법 및 구조에 대한 것이다.
이때 이 두개의 기판이 접합시키기 위한 방법으로서 도전성 물질을 접착제에 첨가하여 기존의 접착 효과와 도전성을 부여함에 의해 두 기판을 전기적으로 연결하는 효과를 얻도록 하면서 1단계 공정으로서 접착을 형성하는 방법이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 칼라 필터와 박막 트랜지스터 화소 배열을 갖는 액정 표시 장치 기판 구조에 있어서 상하기판의 전기적 연결을 도전성을 갖는 접착성재료를 적용한 액정 표시 장치 제조방법.
  2. 재1항에서, 접착제를 일정크기의 도전성 물질이 첨가된 것을 사용한 액정 표시 장치 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에서, 첨가된 도전성 물질을 여러 가지 형태 (구형, 봉상형, 막대형, 침상형)의 금속 지지몰 금속 분말절연성 물질에 도전성 물질이 코팅된 것, 절연체와 금속류가 혼합된 단일 형태 등을 사용한 액정 표시 장치 제조방법 .
