Abstract
자동변속기시스템전체를 조정하기 위한 공정수를 적게 하기 위한 것으로, 내측에 변속기구가 배치되어 설치되고, 관통공(21)이 형성된 케이싱(11)과, 이 케이싱(11)의 외측에 배치되어 설치된 전기적부품과, 상기 케이싱(11)의 내측에 배치되어 설치된 전기적부품과, 상기 관통공(21)에 끼워진 시일링와이어터미날(22)과, 이 시일링와이어터미날(22)에 배치되어 설치된 전자제어유니트(37) 및 이 전자제어유니트(37)와 상기 각 전지적부품 사이를 각각 전기적으로 접속하는 코드(35),(45)를 구비하되 상기 시일링와이어터미날(22)은 상기 코드(35)(45)를 지지하고, 또한 상기 케이싱(11)의 외측과 내측 사이를 밀폐하는 시일부재를 구비하여 자동변속기와 전자제어유니트(37)를 차량에 탑재하기 전에 조합시킬 수 있는 자동변속기이다.

제1도는 본 발명의 제1실시형태에서의 시일링와이어터미날의 단면도,
제2도는 종래 자동변속기의 설치상태를 나타낸 도면,
제3도는 본 발명의 제1실시형태에서의 시일링와이어터미날 접속부의 확대도,
제4도는 본 발명의 제1실시형태에서의 전자제어유니트의 단면도.
Claims (4)
- 내측에 변속기구가 배치되어 설치되고 관통공이 형성된 케이싱과, 상기 케이싱의 외측에 배치되어 설치된 전기적부품과, 상기 케이싱의 내측에 배치되어 설치된 전기적부품과, 상기 관통공에 끼워진 시일링와이어터미날과, 이 시일링와이어터미날에 배치되어 설치된 전자제어유니트 및 상기 전자제어유니트와 상기 각 전기적부품의 사이를 각각 전기적으로 접속하는 코드를 구비하되 상기 시일링와이어터미날이 상기 코드를 지지하고, 또한 상기 케이싱의 외측과 내측 사이를 밀폐하는 시일부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시일링와이어터미날이 상기 상기 전자제어유니트와 상기 코드를 전기적으로 접속하는 접속부가 형성된 두 개의 케이스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전자제어유니트가 상기 접속부에 의해 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 시일링와이어터미날이 상기 전자제어유니트를 고정하는 고정수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
