Abstract

본 발명은 친수성으로 개질된 고분자량 폴리에틸렌(HMW-PE) 및/또는 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌(UHMW-PE)이 관한 것으로서, 이는 하나 이상의 수용성 부가제 1 내지 99.9중량%와 하나 이상의 수불용성 부가제 0.1 내지 99중량%를 포함하는 혼합물(당해 혼합물의 함량은 친수성으로 개질된 HMW-PE 및/또는 UHMW-PE의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.1 내지 10중량%이다)로 피복된다. 당해 발명은 또한 친수성으로 개질된 HMW-PE 및/또는 UHMW-PE의 제조방법 및 다공성 성형체를 제조하기 위한 이의 용도에 관한 것이다.

Claims (16)

  1. 하나 이상의 수용성 부가제(A) 1 내지 99.9중량%, 바람직하게는 5 내지 90중량%, 특히 바람직하게는 10 내지 50중량%와 하나 이상의 수불용성 부가제(B) 0.1 내지 99중량%, 바람직하게는 10 내지 95중량% 특히 바람직하게는 50 내지 90중량%를 포함하는 혼합물(당해 혼합물의 함량은, 친수성으로 개질된 HMW-PE 및/또는 UHMW-PE의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여, 0.1 내지 10중량%, 바람직하게는 0.5 내지 5중량%, 특히 바람직하게는 0.7 내지 2중량%이다)로 피복된, 친수성으로 개질된 HMW-PE 및/또는 UHMW-PE.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 분말 형태인 친수성으로 개질된 HMW-PE 및/또는 UHMW-PE.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 수용성 계면활성제 또는 수용성 폴리알킬렌 글리콜이 성분 A로서 사용되는 친수성으로 개질된 HMW-PE 및/또는 UHMW-PE.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 수용성 음이온성 계면활성제가 성분 A로서 사용되는 친수성으로 개질된 HMW-PE 및/또는 UHMW-PE.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 수용성 알칸설포네이트가 성분 A로서 사용되는 친수성으로 개질된 HMW-PE 및/또는 UHMW-PE.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 탄소수 13 내지 17의 수용성 알칸설포네이트가 성분A로서 사용되는 친수성으로 개질된 HMW-PE 및/또는 UHMW-PE.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 수용성 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 및/또는 이의 모노-C1-C13-알킬 에테르 또는 디-C1-C13-알킬 에테르가 성분 A로서 사용되는 친수성으로 개질된 HMW-PE 및/또는 UHMW-PE.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 수불용성 폴리알킬렌 글리콜 및/또는 이의 모노-C1-C13-알킬 에테르 또는 디-C1-C13-알킬 에테르가 성분 B로서 사용되는 친수성으로 개질된 HMW-PE 및/또는 UHMW-PE.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 중합체 주쇄에 4개 이상의 프로필렌 글리콜 반복 단위를 갖는 수불용성 폴리프로필렌 글리콜 모노부틸 에테르가 성분 B로서 사용되는 친수성으로 개질된 HMW-PE 및/또는 UHMW-PE.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 혼합물의 성분 A와 성분 B가 실온에서 액체인 친수성으로 개질된 HMW-PE 및/또는 UHMW-PE.
  11. HMW-PE 및/또는 UHMW-PE를, 혼합물과 HMW-PE 및/또는 UHMW-PE의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여, 0.1 내지 10중량%, 바람직하게는 0.5 내지 5중량%, 특히 바람직하게는 0.7 내지 2중량%의 혼합물[당해 혼합물은 하나 이상의 수용성 부가제(A) 1 내지 99.9중량%, 바람직하게는 5 내지 90중량%, 특히 바람직하게는 10 내지 50중량%와 하나 이상의 수불용성 부가제(B) 0.1 내지 99중량%, 바람직하게는 10 내지 95중량%, 특히 바람직하게는 50 내지 90중량%를 포함한다]로 처리함을 포함하여, 바람직하게는 분말 형태인 HMW-PE 및/또는 UHMW-PE를 친수성으로 개질시키는 방법.
  12. 성형체를 제조하기 위한, 제1항 내지 제10항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 친수성으로 개질된 HMW-PE 및/또는 UHMW-PE의 용도.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 다공성 성형체를 제조하기 위한, 친수성으로 개질된 HMW-PE 및/또는 UHMW-PE의 용도.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 다공성 성형체의 제조방법이 소결에 의해 수행되는 친수성으로 개질된 HMW-PE 및/또는 UHMW-PE의 용도.
  15. 제1항 내지 제10항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 친수성으로 개질된 HMW-PE 및/또는 UHMW-PE의 성형품.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 친수성으로 개질된 HMW-PE 및/또는 UHMW-PE의 다공성 성형품.
