Abstract

본 발명은 금박인쇄장치에 관한 것으로서, 엠보싱 및 금박인쇄장치에 있어서, 회전구동가능하고, 내부에 히팅수단이 설치되어 있으며, 원주면에 인쇄용 형판이 부착되어 있는 스탬핑롤러와; 상기 스탬핑롤러를 가압하여, 동기적으로 접촉회전하는 가압롤러와; 상기 스탬핑롤러와 상기 가알롤러 사이에 인쇄될 용지를 공급하는 급지수단과; 상기 스탬핑롤러와 상기 가압롤러 사이에 금박필름을 통과시키며, 미사용된 금박필름이 감겨 있는 공급드럼과 사용된 금박필름이 감겨있는 권취드럼을 포함하는 금박필름공급장치를 포함한다. 이에 의해 롤러와 롤러 사이의 선압력만으로 인쇄를 할 수 있으므로 큰 압력을 발생시킬 필요가 없고, 롤러의 회전을 이용하여 연속적인 인쇄가 가능하며, 옵셋인쇄 유니트에 연결되어 연속적인 인쇄도 가능하다.

Claims (6)

  1. 엠보싱 및 금박인쇄장치에 있어서, 회전구동가능하고, 내부에 히팅수단이 설치되어 있으며, 원주면에 인쇄용 형판이 부착되어 있는 스탬핑롤러와; 상기 스탬핑롤러를 가압하여, 동기적으로 접촉회전하는 가압롤러와; 상기 스탬핑롤러와 상기 가압롤러 사이에 인쇄될 용지를 공급하는 급지수단과; 상기 스탬핑롤러와 상기 가압롤러 사이에 금박필름을 통과시키며, 미사용된 금박필름이 감겨있는 공급드럼과 사용된 금박필름이 감겨있는 권취드럼을 포함하는 금박필름공급부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 금박인쇄장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금박필름공급부는 제거 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 금박인쇄장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스탬핑롤러는 일회전중 소정의 회전구간동안 상기 가압롤러와의 사이에 공극이 형성되도록 하는 공극형성 수단을 포함하고, 상기 금박필름공급수단은 상기 공극형성기간중에 상기 금박필름을 역방향으로 이송권칠하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금박인쇄장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 공극형성수단은 스탬핑롤러의 소정의 원주구간에서 형판이 부착된 스탬핑면보다 작은 직경을 갖는 공극원주면인 것을 특징으로 하는 금박인쇄장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자동급지수단은, 용지공급부로부터 용지를 공급하는 용지피이더와; 상기 용지피이더로부터 전달받은 용지를 상기 가압롤러에 제공하면서, 상기 가압롤러와 접촉회전하는 전달롤러로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금박인쇄장치.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가압롤러의 연부에는 인쇄된 용지를 수령하는 배지롤러가 더 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금박인쇄장치.
