Abstract

본 발명은 승용차의 프레임레스 도어용 웨더 스트립에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 웨더 스트립의 밀착압력을 높여 외부공기유입을 방지케 하므로서 주행중 바람소리가 발생하지 않도록 하기 위하여, 프레임고정부⑴와 글래스마찰면⑻을 갖는 상부중공부⑵ 및 글래스밀착립⒀과 트림밀착립(16)을 갖는 하부중공부⑶로 이루어진 웨더 스트립 단면구조에서 상기 하부중공부⑶를 2개의 중공(10,11)을 갖도록 분할하고 상기 글래스마찰면⑻과 상기 글래스밀착립⒀ 사이에 보조밀착립(17)을 형성한 것으로, 하부중공부⑶의 분할에 의하여 수평방향으로 작용하는 도어 글래스⑺의 압력에 대한 응력이 강화되고, 또 상기 압력작용시에 글래스밀착립⒀과 보조밀착립(17)이 2중으로 실링되도록 한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 프레임고정부와 글래스마찰면을 갖는 상부중공부 및 글래스밀착립과 트림밀착립을 갖는 하부중공부로 이루어진 웨더 스트립 단면구조에 있어서, 상기 하부중공부를 2개의 중공을 갖도록 분할하고 상기 글래스마찰면과 상기 글래스밀착립 사이에 보조밀착립을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 프레임레스 도어용 웨더 스트립.
