Abstract
본 발명은 건전지용 파레트의 언로딩장치에 관한 것으로 그 기술적인 구성은, 예비방전기(2) 및 검사기(2)의 일측으로 건전지용 파레트(3)가 이송되는 이송 컨베이어 벨트(4)가 설치되어 그 끝단에 스토퍼(18)가 착설되고, 상기 이송컨베이어벨트(4)의 일측으로 좌우 이송실린더(7)와 연설된 지지불록(8)과 결합 고정된 좌우이송판(6)이 위치되어 상측으로 파레트 가이드(5)가 착설되어 그 내측으로 상기 건전지용 파레트(3)가 장착되어 좌우 이송되는 좌우 이송부(9)와, 상측으로 상하 이송실린더(10)가 설치되어 그 하측으로 상하 이동척(11)이 결합고정되며, 상기 상하이동척(11)의 저부면의 전후 및 좌우측에 흡착노즐(12)이 설치되어 건전지용 파레트(3)가 흡착되며, 상기 흡착노즐(12)의 하부 양측으로 회전체(19)가 상하로 연설된 적재 벨트(13)가 설치되어 그 외측으로 지지판(17)이 일체로 회전토록 상기 착설되어 상기 건전지용 파레트(3)가 순차로 적층되는 적층부(15) 및, 상기 적층된 건전지용 파레트(3)가 구동롤(14)로서 이송되는 이송부(16)를 포함하는 구성으로 이루어 진다. 이에 따라서, 건전지용 파레트의 적층작업이 자동화되게 되어 생산성 및 작업성이 향상됨은 물론, 별도의 작업자가 필요없게 되어 생산비율이 절감되고, 규격에 따라 건전지용 파레트가 적층되어 재고파악이 용이토록 되는 한편, 간단한 구조로 인하여 제작 및 설치가 용이하여 제작성이 향상토록 되는 것이다.The present invention relates to an unloading device for a battery pallet, the technical configuration of which is provided with a conveying conveyor belt (4) to which the battery pallet (3) is transferred to one side of the preliminary discharger (2) and the inspector (2).
