Abstract
연료 콘테이너(11)내에 내장된 연료를 차량의 연소 기관(12)으로 공급하는 장치에 관한 것이다. 연료 콘테이터(11)내에 제1이송 라인(16)을 통해 연료를 지지체(14)를 갖추고 연료 콘테이너(11)에 배열된 연료 필터(21)로 보내는 연료 이송 집합체(13)를 구비한다. 연료 필터(11)는 직접 지지체(14)에 배열되며 일체형 내부 유체 연결을 이루는 제2이송 라인(24)으로 이루어진다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 연료 필터를 수용한 본 발명의 지지체를 나타낸 연료 콘테이너의 일부 절취도,
제2도는 이송 라인에 일체화된 이송압 조정기를 갖는 제1도의 일부 절취도,
제3도는 제1도의 다른 실시예를 나타낸 일부 절취도.
Claims (8)
- 연료 콘테이너(11)내에 수용된 연료 이송 집합체(13)에서 연소 기관(12)으로 흐르며 이송 라인(16, 24, 28)을 따라 장치에 속한 연료 필터(21)를 통과하는 연료 콘테이너(11)안의 연료를 자동차의 연소 기관(12)으로 공급하는 장치에 있어서, 연료 콘테이너(11)에 설치 가능한 지지체(14)를 마련하고, 이에 연료 필터(21)가 배열되고, 지지체(14)에서 일체화된 이송 라인(24)을 갖는 배출부(27)를 지지체(14) 외측에 배열된 연결지지부(26)에 연결 가능하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 공급 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폐쇄된 하우징(22)내의 연료 필터(21)를 연료 콘테이너(11)내 지지체(14)의 일면에 설치 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 공급 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연료 필터(21)가 외측으로부터 연료 콘테이너(11)내 지지체(14)의 수용부(13)에 설치 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 공급 장치.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 연료 필터(21)와 연결지지부(26) 사이의 이송 라인(24)에 이송 압력 조정기(29)가 설치 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 공급 장치.
- 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지지체(14)에 설치 가능한 연료 필터(21)는 적어도 하나의 입구 구멍(36)을 갖는 하우징(22)으로 이루어지며, 이는 하우징(22)과 지지체(14) 사이에 형성된 링 홈(23)으로 오염면의 입구(17)와 연통되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 공급 장치.
- 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지지체(14)에 설치 가능한 연료 필터(21)는 적어도 하나의 출구(27)를 갖는 하우징(22)으로 이루어지며, 이는 하우징(22)과 지지체(14) 사이에 형성된 제2링 홈(25)으로 지지체(14)의 출구(30)와 연통되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 공급 장치.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 연료 필터(21)의 하우징(22)과 지지체(14) 사이의 링 홈(23, 25)에 패킹 부재(33)를 배치 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 공급 장치.
- 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반경 방향에 설치 가능한 연료 필터(21)를 갖춘 지지체(14)가 연료 콘테이너(11)에 설치 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 공급장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
