Abstract

본 발명은 자동차용 로킹방지 브레이크 시스템용 솔레노이드 밸브에 관한 것으로, 특히 3방향/3위치 솔레노이드 밸브에 비하여 구조가 간단하고 설치공간의 제약이 적으며 반응이 신속히 이루어지는 2위치/3방향 솔레노이드 밸브를 구성함에 있어서, 솔레노이드 코일(30) 및 아마추어 (40)를 포함한 전기부와, 상기 전기부의 구동에 의해 동일방향에 구비된 펌프 입구노즐(50) 및 오일탱크 출구노즐(60)을 개폐하는 기구부가 일체형 몸체(10)의 상.하부에 분리 형성된 것으로, 종래처럼 솔레노이드 코일을 중심으로 몸체를 상.하부로 각각 분리제작하고 이를 조립해야 할 필요가 없게 한 것이다.

제1도는 종래의 로킹방지 브레이크 시스템(ABS)용 2방향/2위치 솔레노이드 밸브의 구조를 보인 도면,
제2도는 종래의 로킹방지 브레이크 시스템(ABS)용 3방향/3위치 솔레노이드 밸브의 구조를 보인 도면,
제3도 (가), (나)는 본 발명의 로킹방지 브레이크 시스템 (ABS)용 2위치/3방향 솔레노이드 밸브가 작동되는 상태를 보인 도면.

Claims (2)

1개의 2위치/3방향 솔레노이드 밸브를 사용하여 1개의 바퀴를 제어하도록 한 ABS시스템에 있어서, 하부에 솔레노이드 코일(30) 및 아마추어 (40)가 내설되고, 상부에는 캘리퍼에 연결되는 공간부(11)가 형성된 몸체(10)와: 상기 몸체(10)의 상판(20)에 설치된 펌프 입구노즐(50) 및 오일탱크 출구노즐(60)과: 상기 아마추어(40)에 의해 승하강하여 펌프 입구노즐(50)을 개폐하는 입구스풀(70)과: 상기 입구스풀(70)의 외측에 형성된 단턱 (71)과: 상기 입구스풀(70)에 일측이 삽입되어 스프링(83)으로 탄력지지되게 설치되고, 중간이 힌지축(90)으로 회동가능하게 결합되며, 입구스풀(70)의 단턱 (71)에 의해 타측이 오일탱크 출구노즐(60)을 개폐하는 출구스풀(100)을 포함하는 자동차용 로킹방지 브케이크 시스템용 솔레노이드 밸브.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 몸체 (10)가 일체로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 로킹방지 브레이크 시스템용 솔레노이드 밸브.
