도트매트릭스 프린터에 관한 것으로 하나의 센서를 프린터 헤드밑에 설치된 탭의 이동경로상에 설치하고, 상기 탭이 상기 센서를 통과시점으로부터 모터에 장치된 인코더로부터 펄스신호를 카운트하여 인쇄구간을 판단한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 프린터 헤드이송거리 조장장치에 있어서, 프린터 헤드의 밑면에 부착된 탭과, 상기 탭의 이동 경로상에 설치되어 상기 탭의 통과를 감지하여 감지시호를 출력하는 센서와, 상기 프린트 헤드를 좌우로 이동시키는 모터에 설치되어 상기 모터의 회전에 따라 펄스신호를 출력하는 인코더와, 상기 센서로부터 상기 탭의 감지신호를 받은 때로부터 상기 인코더의 펄스를 카운트하여 인쇄구간을 연산하는 제어부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프린터 헤드 이송거리 조정장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 센서는 발광부와 수광부를 구비하고, 상기 탭이 상기 발광부와 수광부 사이에 놓일 때 감지신호를 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프린터 헤드 이송거리 조정장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는 상기 센서로부터 탭감지 시호를 받은 후에 상기 프린터 헤드가 소정거리 진행후에 인쇄구간으로 판단하여 인쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프린터 헤드 이송거리 조정장치.
