Abstract

1. 청구범위에 기재된 발명이 속한 기술분야
본 발명은 휴대용 전화기의 버튼 커버 개폐장치에 관한 것이다.
2. 발명이 해결하려고 하는 기술적 과제
전화기의 버튼커버를 열었을 때 일정각도를 유지시키고, 닫았을 때 닫힌 상태로 유지 될 수 있도록 할 뿐만 아니라, 버튼커버의 열고 닫는 동작이 편리한 버튼커버 개폐장치를 제공함에 있다.
3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지
버튼커버(11)의 원형구멍(16)에 원통형부싱(14)을 삽입하는데 원통형부싱(14)의 바깥쪽 끝단에서는 산형돌기(14a,14b)가있고, 이 원통형부싱(14)의 안쪽에 스프링(17)을 끼우고, 커버덮게(18)를 덮은후 초음파 융착가공을 하여 봉하여 버튼커버(11)의 조립을 마친뒤, 버튼커버(11)의 원통형부싱(14) 쪽이 상기 본체(10)의 돌출막대(12)에 위치하도록 하고, 반대편의 원통형링(15)을 누르면서 버튼커버(11)를 밀어서 본체(10)의 수납용 안내홈(13)에 이르게 되면 스프링(17)의 복원력에 의해 상기원통형링(15)의 힌지되는 부분이 완전히 끼워지게 되며, 상기 원통형부싱(14)이 바깥쪽으로 이동하여 원통형부싱(14)의 골(14c)이 돌출막대(12)와 접하게하는 것이다.
4. 발명의 중요한 용도
버튼커버 개폐장치의 구성요소 및 구조를 단순화하여 제품의 소형화, 경량화가 가능하다.

Claims (2)

  1. 전화기의 버튼커버 개폐장치에 있어서, 전화기의 버튼커버(11)의 양측 원형구멍(16)에 각각 원통형부상(14)과 원통형링(15)를 스프링(17)과 함께 삽입하여 커버덮게(18)를 덮은후 초음파 융착가공을 하여 봉하고, 상기 버튼커버(11)의 원통형부싱(14) 쪽이 상기 본체(10)의 돌출막대(12)에 위치하도록 하여 반대편의 원통형링(15)을 수납용 안내홈(13)에 삽입하면 스프링(17)의 복원력에 의해 원통형부싱(14)과 원통형링(15)이 바깥쪽으로 위치회복 하면서 원통형부싱(14)의 골(14c)이 돌출막대(12)와 접하면서 조립되어, 원통형부싱(14)의 산형돌기(14a,14b)와 본체(10)의 돌출막대(12)가 서로 접하므로써 스프링(17)의 복원력을 직접받는 원통형부싱(14)의 위상에 따라 스프링(17)의 이동거리가 변하면서 발생되는 복원력이 버튼커버(11)가 회전되도록 하는 모우멘트를 제공함으로써 개폐 되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 전화기의 버튼커버 개폐장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원통형부싱(14)은 버튼커버(11)가 닫힌상태에서는 경사진 중턱(14d)이 본체(10)의 돌출막대(12)와 접하고 일정각도로 열린상태에서는 골(14c)이 상기 돌출막대(12)에 접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전화기의 버튼커버 개폐장치.
