Abstract

본 발명은 방화샷다에 있어서 비상문을 개폐시킬 수 있어서 경첩에 관한 것으로, 이러한 경첩이 셔터의 말림과 동시에 말려지고 펼쳐진 상태에서는 경첩기능을 할 수 있도록 되는 것이다.
이를 위하여 본 발명은 비상문이 절첩토록 되는 경첩이 체인처럼 연결토록하여 샷다바(스랏트바)와 동시에 말려지도록 함으로서 비상문이 직립되어질 수 있도록 한 것이다.
이를 위하여 상부에는 측방으로 요설된 요홈을 갖는 돌출부를 형성하고 하부에는 이러한 돌출부가 삽입될 수 있는 요입부를 형성하여 요입부의 측방으로는 돌출된 돌출부에는 요홈에 연결핀이 삽입될 수 있도록 구멍이 관통되게 천공되고 이러한 돌출부와 요입부의 일측과 타측으로는 서로 맞물리는 경사면을 형성하고 요입부의 양측으로 돌출된 돌출부도 요홈이 형성된 돌출부의 외측으로 경사면이 형성되고 이러한 경첩의 중앙부에는 탄성력에 의하여 복원력을 갖는 스프링을 장착하여 절첩될 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 상부에는 측방으로“ ” 형상으로 요설된 요홈(1)을 갖는 돌출부(2)를 형성하고 하부에는 이러한 돌출부(2)가 삽입될 수 있는 요입부(3)를 형성하며 요입부(3)의 양측으로 형성된 돌부(4)에는 요홈(1)에 연결핀(5)이 삽입될 수 있도록 구멍(6)이 관통되게 천공되고 이러한 돌출부(2)와 요입부(3)의 일측과 타측으로는 서로 맞물리는 경사면(7)을 형성하고 요입부(3)의 양측으로 돌설된 돌부(4)도 경사면(7)이 형성되어 돌출부(2)의 양측으로 형성된 경사면(7)과 밀착토록 되는 그 중앙으로는 탄성력에 의하여 복원력을 갖는 스프링을 장착하여 절첩토록 되는 경첩.
