Abstract

광기록매체로부터의 산란광 내지는 회절광으로부터의 정보신호의 검출을 행하는 광학장치에 있어서, 부품개수의 소량화, 광학적 위치조정의 간단화를 도모한다.
면발광(面發光) 레이저와 수광(受光) 소자를 가지는 반도체기판과, 광학계를 가지고, 수광소자의 배치위치를, 광학계의 공초점(共焦点) 영역 밖에서, 피조사부(被照射部)에 대한 면발광레이저의 레이저광조사(照射)에 의한 피조사부로부터의 산란광 내지는 회절광이 얻어지는 영역에 선정한 광학장치를 구성한다.

Claims (7)

  1. 면발광레이저와 수광소자를 가지는 반도체기판과, 상기 면발광레이저로부터의 레이저광의 광로상에 대물렌즈를 가지는 광학계와, 상기 면발광레이저로부터의 레이저광에 의하여 조사되는 피사조부로부터의 산란광 또는 회절광이 입사하는 영역에 수광소자를 가지는 광학장치.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 면발광레이저는 수직공진기형인 광학장치.
  3. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 면발광레이저는 수평공진기형인 광학장치.
  4. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 면발광레이저는 파장을, 및 상기 대물렌즈의 개구수를 N.A.로 했을 때, 상기 수광소자는, 상기 면발광소자로부터의 레이저광에 의하여 조사되는 상기 피조사부로부터의 반사광의 광측으로부터 1.22/N.A. 보다 떨어진 영역에 선정되는 광학장치.
  5. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 반도체기판에, 상기 면발광레이저의 제어회로를 집적화하는 광학장치.
  6. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 반도체기판에, 상기 수광소자로부터의 검출신호의 신호처리회로를 집적화하는 광학장치.
  7. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 수광소자에 편광분리수단을 가지는 광학장치.
