Abstract

일부의 부품을 교환하는 것만으로, 더블솔레노이드형과 싱글솔레노이드형으로 형식변경할 수 있는 파일럿형변환밸브로서, 밸브부재(8)과 대경피스톤(12a) 및 소경피스톤(12b)을 구비한 밸브보디(4)에 있어서의 대경피스톤측의 단부에, 파일럿유체에 의하여 그 대경피스톤을 구동하는 전자조작식 파일럿밸브(3a)를 부착하고, 소경피스톤측의 파일럿밸브(3b)와 파일럿유체를 상시 소경피스톤에 대하여 공급하는 아답터플레이트(2b)가, 선택적으로 부착가능한 부착면(6b)을 형성한다.

제1도는 본 발명에 관한 변환밸브를 더블솔레노이드형으로 한 경우의 단면도이다, 제2도는 본 발명에 관한 변환밸브를 싱글솔레노이드형으로 한 경우의 단면도이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 메인유체가 흐르는 복수의 포오트를 구비한 밸브보디 내에 각 포오트간의 연통상태를 변환하는 밸브부재와, 그 밸브부재의 축방향 일단에 설치된 대경피스톤과, 그 밸브부재의 축방향 타단에 설치된 소경의 피스톤을 가지는 주밸브(메인밸브) : 상기 밸브보디에 있어서의 대경피스톤측의 단면에 부착되어, 그 대경피스톤측의 파일럿실을 파일럿공급통로와 파일럿배출통로로 변환연통시키는 전자조작식 파일럿밸브를 구비하고, 상기 밸브보디가 소경피스톤측의 단면에, 그 소경피스톤측의 파일럿실을 상기 파일럿공급통로와 파일럿배출통로로 변환연통시키는 전자조작식 파일럿밸브와, 소경피스톤측의 파일럿실을 상기 파일럿공급통로의 홈을 개재하여 상시 연통시키는 아답터플레이트를, 선택적으로 부착할 수 있도록 한 부착면을 보유하고, 그 부착면에 파일럿밸브를 부착하면, 더블솔레노이드형 변환밸브로서 사용할 수 있고, 아답터플레이트를 부착하면, 싱글솔레노이드형 변환밸브로서 사용할 수 있도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 파일럿형 변환밸브.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 대경피스톤과 소경피스톤의 수압면적의 비가 실질적으로 2 : 1인 파일럿형 변환밸브.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 밸브보디에 있어서의 대경피스톤측의 부분과 소경피스톤측의 부분에 각각 파일럿실을 파일럿 공급통로에 직접 연통시키기 위한 수동조작수단이 설치되어 있는 파일럿형 변환밸브.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 대경피스톤과 소경피스톤의 수압면적의 비가 실질적으로 2 : 1이고, 또한 각 밸브보디에 있어서의 대경피스톤측의 부분과 소경피스톤측의 부분에 각각 파일럿실을 파일럿 공급통로에 직접 연통시키기 위한 수동조작수단이 설치되어 있는 파일럿형 변환밸브.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 소경피스톤측의 부착면에 파일럿밸브가 부착되는 것에 의해 더블솔레노이드형 변환밸브로서 구성되어 있는 파일럿형 변환밸브.
  6. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 소경피스톤측의 부착면에 아답터플레이트가 부착되는 것에 의해 싱글솔레노이드형 변환밸브로서 구성되어 있는 파일럿형 변환밸브.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 아답터플레이트의 일부가 소경피스톤측의 수동조작수단의 상면을 덮고 있는 파일럿형 변환밸브.
