Claims (3)
- 第1圧力室への圧縮エアの導入によってピストンの作業ストロークを行い、第2圧力室への前記圧縮エアの導入によって前記ピストンの復帰ストロークを行うエアシリンダを備えた空気圧システムに使用される流路切換ユニットであって、
弁孔、圧力供給源からの圧縮エアが供給される給気ポート、前記第1圧力室に接続される第1出力ポート、前記第2圧力室に接続される第2出力ポート及び大気に開放された排気ポートが形成され、前記給気ポート、前記第1出力ポート、前記第2出力ポート及び前記排気ポートが前記弁孔と連通する弁ボディと、
軸方向の第1端部及び第2端部を有し、前記弁孔に軸方向に往復摺動可能に配置されたスプールと、
電磁弁を有し、前記電磁弁の通電状態に応じて前記スプールの前記第1端部に力を作用させることで前記第1端部側から前記第2端部側に向かう第1方向に前記スプールを駆動するスプール駆動部と、
前記弁ボディ内に配置され、前記スプールを弾性的に付勢可能な付勢機構と、
前記弁ボディ内に配置され、前記第1出力ポートの圧力に基づき前記第1方向とは反対の第2方向の力を前記スプールに作用させるピストン部と、を備え、
前記スプール駆動部がオフ状態で且つ前記第1出力ポートの圧力に基づく前記ピストン部に作用する力が前記付勢機構の付勢力よりも大きいときは、前記スプールは、前記付勢機構の付勢力に抗して、前記第1出力ポートと前記排気ポートとを連通させ且つ前記給気ポートと前記第2出力ポートとを連通させる第1位置に位置付けられ、
前記第1出力ポートの圧力に基づく前記ピストン部に作用する力が前記付勢機構の付勢力よりも小さくなると、前記スプールは、前記付勢機構の付勢力によって、前記給気ポートを前記第1出力ポートと前記第2出力ポートのいずれにも連通させない第2位置に移動させられる、
ことを特徴とする流路切換ユニット。 - 請求項1記載の流路切換ユニットにおいて、
前記スプール駆動部は、前記給気ポートと前記第1出力ポートとが連通しているときに前記圧縮エアの圧力を受ける駆動ピストンを有し、
前記駆動ピストンの受圧面積は、前記ピストン部の受圧面積よりも大きい、
ことを特徴とする流路切換ユニット。 - 請求項1又は2記載の流路切換ユニットにおいて、
前記弁ボディ内には、前記付勢機構を係止可能な係止部が設けられ、
前記係止部は、前記スプールが前記付勢機構の付勢作用下に前記第1位置から前記第2位置に移動する際、前記付勢機構を係止することによって前記スプールを前記第2位置に停止させる、
ことを特徴とする流路切換ユニット。
