Abstract

본 발명은 선박건조 또는 강교제작에 이용되는 강재에 적용하기 위한 복합페인팅 방법 및 그 시스템을 제공함에 있다. 강재의 이송라인에는, 강재를 페인팅함에 적합한 온도로 유지하여 주는 강재온도 조절기와, 강재에 부착된 이물질 및 녹등을 제거하는 강재세정기 및 강재의 용도에 적합한 페인트를 분사하여 도장할 수 있도록 된 복합도장기를 순차적으로 설치한 것에 의해, 전처리된 강재에 원하는 페인트를 즉시 도장할 수 있게 하여 작업성 및 경제성을 높게 한 것이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 피장도물의 표면에 부식방지용 도료를 도장하는 방법에 있어서, 공급되는 피도장물의 온도를 도장함에 적합한 용도로써 조절하는 단계; 상기 피도장물의 표면에 부착된 이물질 및 녹을 세정하는 단계;일체로 구비된 수용성 또는 유성페인트중에서 이송된 피도장물의 용도에 적합한 페인트가 분사되어 도장되게 한 단계를 포함하는 복합페인팅 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피도장물의 온도조절은 그 피도장물의 온도분위기에 따라서 냉각 혹은 예열함을 특징으로 하는 복합페인팅 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피도장물의 세정은 숫블라스트에 의해 실행됨을 특징으로 하는 복합페인팅 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피도장물의 도장단계는 수용성 스프레이건과 유성스프레이건을 일체로 구비하여, 피도장물의 용도에 맞는 어느 하나의 스프레이건이 작동되게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 복합페인팅 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세정단계와 도장단계 사이에는 피도장물에 적합한 페인트도장을 위해 피도장물의 용도를 판별하는 단계를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 복합페인팅 방법.
  6. 피도장물의 표면에 부식방지용 도료를 도장하도록된 장치에 있어서, 공급되는 피도장물의 온도를 도장함에 적합한 온도로 유지되게끔 조절하기 위한 용도조절수단; 상기 온도조절수단과는 이격된 위치에서 피도장물의 이동로의 상하에 배치되고, 이동되는 피도장물의 표면에 부착된 이물질 및 녹을 세정하도록 된 세정수단; 및 수용성과 유성스프레이를 일체로 구비하여 상기 세정수단과는 이격된 위치에서 피도장물의 이동로의 상하에 배치되고, 그 세정수단으로부터 피도장물의 이송시 그 피도장물의 용도에 맞는 어느 하나의 스프레이를 작동시키어 피도장물의 도장작업을 실행하도록 된 도장수단을 포함하는 복합페인팅 시스템.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 세정수단은 숏블라스트를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 복합페인팅 방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 온도조절수단은 냉각수분사기 및 가열기를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 복합페인팅 방법.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 세정수단과 도장수단과의 사이에 구비되고, 상기한 피도장물의 용도에 맞는 페인트 도장을 위해 피도장물의 사용용도를 판별하기 위한 판별수단을 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 복합페인팅 방법.
