Claims (1)
- 박막형 전장 발광 표시소자에 있어서, 전면유리의 표면상에 스트라이프 형태로 형성된 전면전극과, 상기 노출된 전면유리와 전면전극상에 형성된 제1 절연막과, 상기 제1 절연막의 상에 제1 절연막보다 작게 형성된 발광막과, 상기 제1 절연막과 발광막상에 형성되며, 상기 제1 절연막보다 작으나 발광막을 완전히 포함하는 제2 절연막과, 상기 전면전극과 직교하여 스트라이프 형태로 전면유리와 제1 및 제2과 거쳐 형성된 배면전극으로 구성되어짐을 특징으로 하는 박막형 전장 발광 표시소자.
