Abstract

본 발명은 차량 측면충돌 재현을 위한 충격시험기에 관한 것으로써, 공기의 압력을 이용하여 펄스를 재현하는 공압실린더(60)와, 측면 충돌시험시 시험대상의 차량이 아닌 대차의 특성을 재현할 수 있도록 하고 충격흡수재(71)로 구성된 MDB슬래드(70)와, 측면시험에서 가장 중요한 도어(Door) 관련 구품으로 구성되어 상기 MDB 슬래드(70)의 작동으로 충돌하는 도어파트(80)와, 측면주요부재 및 더미(120)의 움직임의 재현을 위한 슬래드로 인체 상해치를 상기 더미(120)에 내장된 각센서에 의해 측정 및 몸체(Body)의 변형을 재현하는 측면 충돌용 슬래드(130)와, 상기 MDB 슬래드(70)가 동작할 수 있도록 형성된 1차레일(90)과, 상기 MDB 슬래드(70)가 작동하여 상기 도어파트(80)에 충돌하여 충격을 가할시 상기 측면충돌용 슬래드(130)가 충돌에 의해 리어(Rear)쪽으로 작용할 수 있도록 한 2차레일(110)과 상기 1차레일(90) 및 2차레일(110)의 힘을 지지하고 있는 레일베이스(100)으로 구성되어 종래의 완성차 측면충돌 시험을 통한 개선 및 개발시 소요되었던개발시간 및 제작비용을 절감할 수 있도록 한 차량 측면충돌 재현을 위한 충격시험기에 관한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 공기의 압력을 이용하여 펄스를 재현하는 공압실린더(60)와, 측면 충돌시험시 시험대상의 차량이 아닌 대차의 특성을 재현할 수 있도록 하고 충격흡수재(71)로 구성된 MDB슬래드(70)와, 측면시험에서 가장 중요한 도어(Door) 관련 구품으로 구성되어 상기 MDB 슬래드(70)의 작동으로 충돌하는 도어파트(80)와, 측면주요부재 및 더미(120)의 움직임의재현을 위한 슬래드로 인체 상해치를 상기 더미(120)에 내장된 각 센서에 의해 측정 및 몸체(Body)의 변형을 재현하는 측면 충돌용 슬래드(130)와, 상기 MDB 슬래드(70)가 동작할 수 있도록 형성된 1차레일(90)과, 상기 MDB 슬래드(70)가 작동하여 상기 도어파트(80)에 충돌하여 충격을 가할시 상기 측면충돌용 슬래드(130)가 충돌에 의해 리어(Rear)쪽으로 작용할수 있도록 한 2차레일(110)과 상기 1차레일(90) 및 2차레일(110)의 힘을 지지하고 있는 레일베이스(100)으로 구성된 것을특징으로 하는 차량 측면충돌 재현을 위한 충격시험기.
