Abstract

응력집중체를 열가소성수지에 충전하지 않고, 균일하면서 미세한 미다공을 가지는 투과성이 우수한 열가소성수지 미다공막의 제조방법이 제공된다.
즉, 기포사이즈(A)와 기포벽면 두께(B)의 비 B/A가 0.5 미만의 미세한 기포를 내부에 가지고 있고, 또한 공간율이 50% 이상의 열가소성수지 발포체에, 기포의 형상변형을 넘는 기포경계자신의 소성변형을 행함으로써, 기포경계를 파괴하는 열가소성수지 미다공막의 제조방법에 제공된다.

Claims (7)

  1. 기포사이즈(A)와 기포벽면의 두께(B)의 비 B/A가 0.5 미만의 미세한 기포를 내부에 가지고 있고, 또한 공간율이 50% 이상의 열가소성수지 발포체에, 기포의 형상변형을 넘는 기포경계자체의 소성변형을 행함으로써, 기포경계를 파괴하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성수지 미다공막의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 기포사이즈(A)와 기포벽면 두께(B)의 비 B/A가 0.3 미만이고, 또한 공간율이 70% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성수지 미다공막의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 열가소성수지 발포체가, 열가소성수지의 용액을 냉각하는 것에 의한 저밀도 젤화에 의해서 얻어진 것인 특징으로 하는 열가소성수지 미다공막의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 열가소성수지 발포체가, 열가소성수지에 유기분해형 발포제를 혼입한 후, 상기 발포제를 온도변화에 의해서 분해발포시켜서 얻어진 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성수지 미다공막의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성수지 발포체가 고밀도 폴리에틸렌을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성수지 미다공막의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 변형이 스트레칭 또는 칼렌더링 후 정해진 스트레칭에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성수지 미다공막의 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 따른 제조방법에 의해서 얻어진 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성수지 미다공막.
