Abstract

본 발명은, 금속의 사용량을 적게 해서 세라믹스의 표면에만 균일하게 강고하게 항균성금속을 증착시킨 항균세라믹스와 그 제조방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한 것이며, 그 구성에 있어서, 타일, 위생도기 등의 세라믹스(3)의 표면에 항균성을 가진 금속 또는 금속화합물을 증착에 의해 고착시키는 것을 특징으로 한 것이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 타일, 위생도기 등의 세라믹스의 표면에, 향균성을 가진 금속 또는 금속화합물을 증착에 의해 고착시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 항균세라믹스.
  2. 항균성을 가진 금속 또는 금속화합물을 증발시켜, 타일, 위생도기 등의 세라믹스표면에 증착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 항균세라믹스의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 증착을 대기압조건하에서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항균세라믹스의 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 증착을 1300℃이하의 온도에서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항균세라믹스의 제조방법.
  5. 제2항 또는 제2항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 향균성을 가진 금속 또는 금속화합물을 다공질세라믹스의 수용부재에 넣고, 상기 수용부재를 통해서 확산증발시켜, 타일, 위생도기 등의 세라믹스표면에 증착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 항균세라믹스의 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 수용부재가 중공롤러이고, 상기 중공롤러의 내부에 상기 항균성을 가진 금속 또는 금속화합물을 봉입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항균세라믹스의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 중공롤러는, 상기 타일, 위생도기 등의 세라믹스를 소성로 내부에서 소성할 때에 상기 세라믹스를 탑재해서 노내부에서 이동시키는 이송용롤러인 것을 특징으로 하는 항균세라믹스의 제조방법.
  8. 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 수용부재가 소성로의 측벽면으로부터 상기 타일, 위생도기 등의 세라믹스위에 질러넣은 형상으로 가로로 배설되는 것을 특징으로 하는 항균세라믹스의 제조방법.
  9. 제6항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 수용부재를 소성로 내부에서 회전시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 항균세라믹스의 제조방법.
