Abstract

본 발명은 간섭 발진형식의 공진주파수를 조절하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 초음파장치(1)에 응용되고 이 장치(1)는 두개의 대칭평면(8) 사이의 교차점위에 중앙에 위치한 구동장치(2)을 지니고 이 대칭평면을 밀봉장치가 분할한다. 밀봉장치(1)는 이 구동장치(2)를 포위하는 반작용 몸체(3)와 신장된 좁은 밀봉면을 지닌 호온(4)을 지닌다. 밀봉장치는 반작용 몸체(3)와 호온(4) 사이에 마디평면을 지니고, 이 평면에서 밀봉장치가 고정에지(7)에 의해 고정되어 있다. 밀봉장치의 기능에 부정적으로 영향을 주는 간섭 발진형식의 공진주파수가 대칭으로 위치한 홈(7)이 반응몸체(3)에 제공되게 위치되어 있다. 홈(9)은 반응몸체(3)에 제공되고 이 홈(9)은 간섭 발진전위와 변위가 최대인 장소에 위치한다.

Claims (5)

  1. 반응몸체(3)가 포위하는 중심에 위치한 구동장치(2) 및 신장되어 좁은 호온(horn)을 지닌 밀봉면(5)을 지닌 초음파 밀봉장치(1)의 간섭 발진형식의 공진주파수를 조절하는 방법에 있어서, 대칭적으로 위치한 홈(9)이 반응몸체(3)에 제공되어 있고, 상기 홈(9)은 간섭 발진형식이 최대 전위 또는 최대 변위인 장소에 위치한 것을 특징으로 하는 간섭 발진 방식의 공진주파수 제어방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 주파수의 이동거리는 홈(9)의 높이, 깊이 밀 길이에 의존하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공진주파수 제어방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 공진주파수의 조절은 간섭 발진형식의 이동이고 이 형식의 간섭 또는 이 운동을 실현하도록 감소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공진주파수 제어방법.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항중 한항에 있어서, 간섭 공진주파수는 이 주파수 범위에서 아래로 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공진주파수 제어방법.
  5. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항 중 한 항에 있어서, 간섭 공진주파수는 적어도 1㎑로 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공진주파수 제어방법.
