Abstract

의료용 액체를 위한 이중 디스펜서는 적어도 하나의 전방 개구 및 하나의 후방 개구를 갖는 외부 케이싱과, 상기 케이싱(1)의 외부로부터 접근가능한 제트에 대한 트리거 장치(27)를 포함하며, 상기 케이싱은 소정 분량을 분배하는 투약 장치가 각각 제공된 두개의 개별 쌍의 제트 트리거 펌프(4, 5)를 포함하며, 케이싱의 전방 개구(2)를 통해 상기 펌프(4, 5)에 의해 분사된 제트의 목표 및 방향은 두개의 별개의 토출 오리피스를 통해 분배기를 나오는 두 제트가 분리되는 각도로 케이싱(1)의 전방 단부 너머에 위치된 한 점을 향해 수렴한다.

제1도는 정지 상태의 펌프를 구비한 본 발명에 따른 이중 시각 디스펜서의 평면도, 제2도는 전방 보호캡이 하강하고 핑거가 수축된 상태의 측면도, 제3도 및 제4도는 제1도 및 제3도와 유사하나 펌프가 가동되고, 보호캡이 상승되고 핑거가 돌출된 상태를 도시한 도면.

Claims (12)

  1. 의료용 액체를 위한 이중 디스펜서에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 전방 개구(2) 및 하나의 후방 개구를 갖는 외부 케이싱(1)과, 상기 케이싱(1)의 외부로부터 접근가능한 제트에 대한 트리거 장치(27)를 포함하며, 상기 케이싱은 소정 분량을 분배하는 투약 장치가 각각 제공된 두개의 개별쌍의 제트 트리거 펌프(4, 5)를 포함하며, 케이싱의 전방 개구(2)를 통해 상기 펌프(4, 5)에 의해 분사된 제트의 목표 및 방향은 두개의 별개의 토출 오리피스를 통해 분배기를 나오는 두 제트가 분리되는 각도로 케이싱(1)의 전방 단부 너머에 위치된 한 점을 향해 수렴하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 디스펜서.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제트의 돌출부를 위한 트리거 장치(27)는 동시적인 가동을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 디스펜서.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 펌프(4, 5)의 종방향 축선은 제트의 방향을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 디스펜서.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 펌프(4, 5)의 헤드의 축선은 펌프(4, 5)의 나머지 축선이 서로 평행한 제트의 방향을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 디스펜서.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서, 케이싱(1)의 전방에 돌출 핑거를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 디스펜서.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 케이싱(1)의 전방 개구를 통해 펌프(4, 5)에 의해 돌출된 제트의 방향은 제트의 분리가 상기 단부의 레벨에서 약 3mm 내지 5mm정도가 되는 각으로 케이싱(1)으로부터 가장 먼 핑거의 단부 뒤에 위치된 지점으로 수렴되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 디스펜서.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 펌프는 측방향 노치(25, 26)를 포함한 경화 케이스(24)내에 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 디스펜서.
  8. 제2항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제트의 트리거 장치(27)는 이들 날개(31)에 수직한 두개의 날개(28, 28′)가 제공된 설부(31)를 포함한 푸시 버튼인 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 디스펜서.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 압력이 제트를 트리거하도록 가압된 영역으로부터 가장 먼 자유 단부에서, 설부는 설부(31)를 서로 협동하도록 케이싱내에 성형된 V형 슬롯 및 펌프를 수용한 경화 케이스(24) 내에 성형된 측방향 노치(25, 26)로부터 해제시키는 날개(28, 28′)와 협동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 디스펜서.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 펌프는 미리 프라이밍될 수 있는 펌프인 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 디스펜서.
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 펌프는 세가지 부품 즉, 펌프 본체, 피스톤 및 이들을 내장하는 탄성 병을 포함하는데, 펌프 본체는 펌프의 출구와 가장 가까운 전방 단부를 갖고, 상기 전방 단부는 탄성막(12)에 의해 막힌 출구 오리피스(1)를 포함하고 측방향 유체 입구 오리피스(14)가 제공된 펌프 파이프(13)에 의해 배면쪽으로 연장되고, 피스톤은 상기 펌프 본체내에 장착되고, 따라서 출구 오리피스(11)에 근접 위치된 입구 오리피스(14)와 정지 위치(16) 사이의 펌프 본체(23)에 대한 피스톤의 단부(15)의 관련 변위는 피스톤과 펌프 본체 사이의 관련 변위 동안 분출된 유체의 양을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 디스펜서.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 병은 복귀 수단을 형성하기 위한 충분한 두께를 갖는 제1하부 부분(17) 및 제2 하부 부분(19)을 포함하고, 피스톤은 두 하부 부분(17, 19)들 사이에 로크된 배면 링(18)을 포함하고, 펌프 본체는 원통형이고 병의 전방에 고정 부착된 전방 링(21) 및 하부 부분(19) 뒤의 병의 배면에 고정 부착된 배면 링(22)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 디스펜서.
