Abstract
메탈라이즈드 콘덴서용 아연증착기재를 제조함에 있어서, 필름 또는 콘덴서용 박지로 구성되는 기체 한쪽면, 또는 양면에 규소, 티탄 지르코늄의 각 산화물 중 적어도 1종으로 구성되는 아연 핵 부착층을 형성한다. 그 후, 그 핵 부착층상에 아연증착층을 형성하고, 또한, 이 아연증착층 상에 실리콘계 오일, 플루오르계 오일, 알킬나프탈렌, 폴리디페닐에테르, 지방산류, 지방산 염류 및 파라핀 왁스 중, 적어도 1종으로 구성되는 보호층을 형성한다. 이에 의해 내습성이 좋은 메탈라이즈드 콘덴서용 아연증착기재를 제조하는 것이다.

Claims (7)
- 필름 또는 콘덴서용 박지로 구성되는 기체의 적어도 한쪽면에 아연증착층을 갖는 메탈라이즈드 콘덴서용 아연증착기재로서, 상기 기체상에 규소, 티탄, 지르코늄 산화물의 적어도 1종으로 구성되는 아연핵부착층을 형성하고, 그 아연핵 부착층상에 상기 아연증착층을 형성하고, 또한, 그 아연증착층상에 보호층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 메탈라이즈드 콘덴서용 아연증착기재,
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 보호층은, 0.1㎜Hg의 증기압을 나타내는 온도가 150∼290℃ 범위에 있는 물질로 이루어지고, 그 물질의 두께 0.7∼50〔㎚〕 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 메탈라이즈드 콘덴서용 아연증착기재.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 보호층을 형성하는 물질은 실리콘계 오일, 플루오로계 오일, 알킬나프탈렌, 폴리디페닐에테르, 지방산류, 지방산염류 및 파라핀왁스중, 적어도 1종으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 메탈라이즈드 콘덴서용 아연증착기재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보호층은, 규소, 티탄 및 지르코늄의 각 산화물 중, 적어도 1종으로 구성되는 산화물층이고, 또한 두께가 1∼30〔㎚〕 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 메탈라이즈드 콘덴서용 아연증착기재.
- 필름 또는 콘덴서용 박지로 구성되는 기체의 적어도 한쪽면에, 규소, 티탄, 지르코늄, 및 이들 산화물의 적어도 1종을 증착원으로 하여 규소, 티탄 및 지르코늄 산화물의 적어도 1종으로 구성되는 아연핵 부착층을 형성하고, 그 후, 상기 아연핵 부착층상에 아연증착층을 형성하고, 또한, 상기 아연증착층상에 보호층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 메탈라이즈드 콘덴서용 아연증착기재의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 0.1㎜Hg의 증기압을 나타내는 온도가 150∼290℃ 범위인 물질로 구성되는 보호층을 두께 0.7∼50〔nm〕 범위에서 증착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 메탈라이즈드 콘덴서용 아연증착기재의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 규소, 티탄, 지르코늄 및 이들 산화물의 적어도 1종을 증착원으로 하여, 규소, 티탄 및 지르코늄 산화물의 적어도 1종으로 구성되는 보호층을 두께 1∼30〔nm〕 범위에서 증착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 메탈라이즈드 콘덴서용 아연증착기재의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
