Abstract
본 발명은 착색 레이저마아킹방법 및 그 장치로서, 종래의 장치를 대폭적으로 변경하지 않고, 또한 염료를 사용하지 않으며, 확실하게 눈으로 인지할 수 있을 정도로 착색할 수 있다. 이 때문에 착색 레이저마아킹방법은 워어크(10)가 유기물과 무기화합물과의 합성물질이고, 레이저광을 조사할 때에, 워어크(10)에서의 수광강도를 변화시킴으로써, 달라지는 색채의 무늬를 얻을 수 있다. 또 착색레이저마아킹장치는 워어크(10)가 유기물과 무기화합물의 합성물질로 되어 있을 때, 제어기(11)는, 레이저발진기(1) 등 레이저 조사강도 가변수단 중에서 적어도 1개에 대하여, 레이저 조사강도 가변신호를 출력한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 실시예에 관한 착색 레이저마아킹장치의 전체 모식 구성도, 제2도는 본 실시예에 관한 장치 및 방법에 의한 실험결과를 표시하는 도표.
Claims (5)
- 워어크(10) 표면에 레이저광을 조사하여, 무늬를 각인하는 레이저마아킹 방법에 있어서, 상기한 워어크(10)는 유기물과 무기화합물로 이루어진 합성물질이고, 상기한 레이저광을 조사할때에, 상기한 워어크(10)에서의 수광강도를 변화시킴으로써, 다른 색채의 무늬를 얻을 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 착색 레이저마아킹방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 다른 색체는, 눈으로 보기에, 회백색, 백색, 황색 및 황갈색인 것을 특징으로 하는 착색 레이저마아킹방법.
- 레이저발진기(1)와, 상기한 레이저발진기(1)로부터의 레이저광이 조사되는 마스크와, 제어기(11)를 구비하고, 상기한 제어기(11)에 의하여, 상기한 마스크의 투과광을 워어크(10) 표면에 조사하여, 상기한 워어크(10) 표면에 상기한 마스크 화상의 무늬를 각인하는 레이저마아킹장치에 있어서, 상기한 워어크(10)가 유기물과 무기화합물로 이루어진 합성물질로 되어 있을때, 상기한 제어기(11)는 상기한 레이저발진기(1), 상기한 레이저발진기(1)의 Q스위치, 상기한 마스크 및 라스터주사용 편향기(3)의 구동모우터로 이루어진 레이저조사강도 가변수단 중에서 적어도 1개에 대하여, 레이저 조사강도 가변신호를 출력하여 이룩하는 것을 특징으로 하는 착색 레이저마아킹장치.
- 레이저발진기(1)와, 상기한 레지저발진기(1)로부터의 레이저광이 조사되는 광학계 및 마스크를 구비하고, 상기한 광학계 및 상기한 마스크의 투과광을 워어크(10) 표면에 조사하여, 상기한 워어크(10) 표면에 상기한 마스크의 화상의 무늬를 각인하는 레이저마아킹장치에 있어서, 상기한 워어크(10)는 유기물과 무기화합물로 이루어진 합성물질이고, 상기한 광학계는 편향용, 집광용, 확대용, 분할용, 광감쇠용 또는 모우드 변경용 등으로 이룩하는 렌즈, 프리즘 또는 미러 등의 적어도 1개를 구비하며, 상기한 렌즈, 프리즘 또는 미러 등 광학계 중에서 , 적어도 1개의 광학계는, 무늬의 발생 색채가 여려가지로 달라지는 정도로 상기한 레이저광을 파워 분리 또는 반사 산란시키는 각종 옵션부품으로서, 교환할 수 있는 구성으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 착색 레이저마아킹장치.
- 제3항 또는 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기한 마스크는 투과형 액정마스크(6)로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 착색 레이저마아킹장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
