Abstract

부트 리드 또는 테일게이트와 같은 차량도어 및 다른 잠금장치를 고정하기 위한 래치 조합체가 조합체의 입구(18)에서 스트라이커를 고정하기 위해 피봇클로(22) 또는 다른 캣취기구에 의해 잠금해제가 가능하게 유지되는 기존의 스트라이커와 함께 작동한다. 선호되게 한쌍의 조(34)는 전통적으로 조의 내측단부에서 연결되는 요크(36)로 구성되는 유니트구조의 서브조합체(28)의 부품 또는 교체가능한 조는 입구에서 내측을 향하게 위치하며 교체가능한 구조를 가지고 및/또는 함께 작동이 이루어지는 면(38)은 조의 덜그럭거림 방지를 위해 스트라이커에 의해 내측을 향해 조가 이동함에 따라, 쐐기작용이 이루어지도록 가공된다. 레질리언트 재질의 버퍼는 잠금상태에서 스트라이커에 의해 압축되게 제공된다.

Claims (9)

  1. 입구(18)로 구성된 래치바디(12, 16)를 포함하며 상기 입구(18)내에는 스트라이커 요소가 수용되며 잠금해제가 가능한 캣취기구(catch mechanism)(22)가 자동적으로 입구내에서 상기 요소의 내측을 향하는 잠금상태를 유지하고 도어 또는 다른 잠금장치 또는 프레임 위에 작동마운팅(operative mounting)이 구비되어 잠금상태의 잠금장치의 고정을 위해 다른 프레임 또는 잠금장치에 구비된 스트라이커 요소(20)에 의해 잠금해제가 가능한 잠금기능이 구비되는 래치 조합체(10)에 있어서, 상기 조합체가 더나아가 한쌍의 이격된 조(34)로 구성되며 상기의 조가 입구의 상반된 위치에 구성되고 적어도 상기 조의 하나가 교체가능하며 탄성학적으로 입구에서 외부를 향하는 구조를 유지해야 하며 상기 입구에서 스트라이커는 입구와 상기의 다른 조 사이에 수용되며 잠금상태를 형성하기 위하여 스트라이커의 내측을 향하는 상대운동은 적어도 상기의 조 하나가 바디의 쐐기작용에 의해 작동되며 상기 바디는 스트라이커가 나란히 잠금상태를 유지하도록 상기의 조를 상기의 다른 조로 이동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 래치 조합체(40).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 두개의 조(34)는 교체가능하며 탄성학적으로 외부를 향하도록 위치하며 상기의 잠금작용과 스트라이커 요소(20)를 사용시 입구(18)에서 조심이 되게 하기 위해 스트라이커의 내측방향 운동시 바디에 대하여 상반되게 쐐기구조(38)를 형성하여 상기의 내측방향 이동시 바디에 대하여 내측으로 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 래치 조합체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 조(34)는 입구의 내측 최단부에서 요크(36)에 의해 연결되며 스트라이커 요소(20)의 상기의 내측방향 운동에 의해 상기의 요크를 통하여 내측을 향해 조화를 이루며 2개의 조를 이동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 래치 조합체.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 교체가능한 조(34)와 요크(36)가 유니트 구성부품으로서 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 래치 조합체.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기의 유니트 구성부품(30)이 U자형 단면을 가진 레질리언트 플라스틱 재료로 몰딩 또는 사출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 래치 조합체.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 래치 조합체가 입구(18)내에 레질리언트 버퍼(32)로 구성되며 상기 버퍼가 잠금상태에서 스트라이커 요소(20)에 의해 압축되는 것을 특징으로 하는 래치 조합체.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 버퍼가 일래스토머 재료의 바디인 것을 특징으로 하는 래치 조합체.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 버퍼(32)가 수용된 스트라이커 요소(20)와 요크(36) 사이에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 래치 조합체.
  9. 전항의 어느 항에 있어서, 조 하나 또는 직각(34)이 입구의 내측으로 수렴하는 면에서 쐐기형태로 가공되며 조 하나 또는 각각에 있어서 나란히 위치한 외부면은 바디에 대하여 상반되게 외부를 향하여 수렴하는 면(38)과 함께 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 래치 조합체.
