Abstract

본 발명은 황색의 외관을 갖는 폴리에스테르에 바람직한 무채색 내지 약간 청색의 색조를 부여하는데 유용한 토너 시스템을 제공하는, 선택된 적색 안트라퀴논 및 안트라피리돈(3H-디벤즈[f,ij]이소퀴놀린-2,7-디온)화합물과 배합된 특정한 청색의 치환된 1,4-비스(2,6-디알킬아닐리노)안트라퀴논을 제공한다. 상기 열적으로 안정한 착색된 화합물은 폴리에스테르 반응성 그룹을 가질 수 있으며, 바람직하게 중합공정 동안 상기 폴리에스테르 중합체 구조내로 혼입된다.

Claims (12)

  1. 하나 이상의 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 청색 1,4-비스(2,6-디알킬아닐리노)안트라퀴논 화합물, 및 하기 일반식(Ⅱ) 내지 (X)중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 적색 안트라퀴논 또는 안트라피리돈 화합물이 겉보기 백색도를 개선시키기에 충분한 양으로 공종합된 성형 또는 섬유 등급의 폴리에스테르 :
    상기 식들에서, R은 수소, C1-C6알킬, 할로겐, 카복시 및 C1-C6알콕시이고; R1및 R2은 독립적으로 C1-C6알킬이고; R3는 수소, 할로겐, C1-C6알킬, 치환된 C1-C6알킬, 하이드록시, C1-C6-알콕시, 치환된 C1-C6-알콕시, 시아노, 티오시아노, C1-C6-알킬티오, 치환된 C1-C6-아릴티오, C1-C6-알킬설포닐, 치환된 C1-C6-알킬설포닐, C1-C6-알콕시카보닐, 카복시, 아릴옥시, 아릴티오, 아릴설포닐, 및 SO2N(R4)R5X(이때 m 및/또는 n은 0이다)로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되고; R4는 수소, C1-C6-알킬, 치환된 C1-C6-알킬, C3-C8-알케닐, C3-C8알키닐, C3-C7-사이클로알킬 및 아릴로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되고; R5는 C1-C8-알킬렌, C1-C6-알킬렌-Z-C1-C6-알킬렌, 아릴렌-C1-C6-알킬렌, 아릴렌-Z-C1-C6-알킬렌, C3-C7-사이클로알킬렌, C1-C6-알킬렌-사이클로알킬렌-C1-C6-알킬렌, C1-C6-알킬렌-아릴렌-C1-C6-알킬렌 및 C1-C6-알킬렌-Z-아릴렌-Z-C1-C6-알킬렌(여기에서 Z는 -O-, -S- 및 SO2중에서 선택된다)으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 연결 그룹이고; X는 수소 또는 폴리에스테르 반응성 그룹이고; m 및 n은 독립적으로 0 또는 1이며; R6는 수소, C1-C6-알킬, 치환된 C1-C6-알킬, C3-C7-사이클로알킬 및 아릴로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되고; R7은 수소, 또는 C1-C6-알킬, 치환된 C1-C6-알킬, C1-C6-알카노일아미노, 할로겐, C1-C6-알킬-C1-C6-알콕시, C1-C6-알킬티오중에서 선택된 하나 내지 3개의 그룹이고 R8및 R9는 동일하거나 상이하며, C1-C6-알킬, 치환된 C1-C6-알킬, C3-C7-사이클로알킬 및 아릴로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되고; R10은 C1-C6-알킬, C3-C7-사이클로알킬 및 아릴로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되고; R11은 수소, C1-C12-알킬, 치환된 C1-C12-알킬, C3-C7-사이클로알킬 및 아릴로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되고; R12는 수소, 또는 C1-C6-알킬, 치환된 C1-C6-알킬, C1-C6-알콕시, 치환된 C1-C6-알콕시, C1-C6-알킬티오, 치환된 C1-C6-알킬티오, 할로겐, 하이드록시, C1-C6-알카노일아미노, 아로일아미노, C1-C6-알킬설포닐아미노 및 아릴설포닐아미노로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 하나 내지 3개의 그룹이고; R13및 R14는 수소, 시아노 또는 CO2R10중에서 선택되고; R15는 상기 정의한 바와 같은 R4도는 R5X이고; L은 -CO- 또는 -SO2-이고, p는 1 또는 2이나; 단, m이 0일때 R13은 수소이고, 하나 이상의 폴리에스테르 반응성 그룹이 존재한다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 청색의 안트라퀴논 화합물(들)이, R이 수소이고; R1및 R2가 독립적으로 메틸 및 에틸중에서 선택되고; R3가 수소, 메틸 또는 브로모이고; R4가 수소, C1-C4-알킬 또는 아릴이고; R5가 C1-C|6-알킬렌, C1-C4-알킬렌-O-C1-C4-알킬렌, -CH2C6H10CH2-, 아릴렌 또는 -CH2-아릴렌으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 상기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물에 상응하고, 상기 적색성분이 R7이 C1-C6-알콕시이고; R4및 R5가 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같은 일반식(V) 화합물에 상응하는 폴리에스테르.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 청색 및 적색 화합물의 농도가 함께 약 0.5 내지 약 10ppm인 폴리에스테르.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 청색 화합물(들)의 전체 농도가 약 1 내지 7ppm이고, 상기 적색 화합물(들)의 전체 농도가 약 0.5 내지 3ppm인 폴리에스테르.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사익 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물이 하기의 구조식을 갖는 폴리에스테르 :

  8. 하나 이상의 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 청색, 1,4-비스(2,6-디알킬아닐리노)안트라퀴논 화합물, 및 하기 일반식(Ⅱ) 내지 (X)중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 적색 안트라퀴논 또는 안트라피리돈 화합물을 폴리에스테르의 겉보기 백색도를 개선시키기에 충분한 양으로 상기 폴리에스테르에 공중합시키거나 또는 혼합시킴을 포함하는, 통상적으로 황색으로 보이는 폴리에스테르에 백색도를 부여하는 방법 :
    상기 식들에서, R은 수소, C1-C6알킬, 할로겐, 카복시 및 C1-C6알콕시이고; R1및 R2은 독립적으로 C1-C6알킬이고; R3는 수소, 할로겐, C1-C6알킬, 치환된 C1-C6알킬, 하이드록시, C1-C6-알콕시, 치환된 C1-C6-알콕시, 시아노, 티오시아노, C1-C6-알킬티오, 치환된 C1-C6-알킬티오,C1-C6-알킬설포닐, 치환된 C1-C6-알킬설포닐, C1-C6-알콕시카보닐, 카복시, 아릴옥시, 아릴티오, 아릴설포닐, 및 SO2(R4)R5X(이때 m 및/또는 n은 0이다)로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되고; R4는 수소, C1-C6-알킬, 치환된 C1-C6-알킬, C3-C8-알케닐,C3-C8알키닐,C3-C7-사이클로알킬 및 아릴로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되고; R5는 C1-C8-알킬렌, C1-C6-알킬렌-Z-C1-C6-알킬렌, 아릴렌-C1-C6-알킬렌, 아릴렌-Z-C1-C6-알킬렌, C3-C7-사이클로알킬렌, C1-C6-알킬렌-사이클로알킬렌-C1-C6-알킬렌, C1-C6-알킬렌-아릴렌-C1-C6-알킬렌 및 C1-C6-알킬렌-Z-아릴렌-Z-C1-C6-알킬렌(여기에서 Z는 -O-, -S- 및 SO2중에서 선택된다)으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 연결 그룹이고; X는 수소 또는 폴리에스테르 반응성 그룹이고; m 및 n은 독립적으로 0 또는 1이며; R6는 수소, C1-C6-알킬, 치환된 C1-C6-알킬, C3-C7-사이클로알킬 및 아릴로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되고; R7은 수소, 또는 C1-C6-알킬, 치환된 C1-C6-알킬, C1-C6-알카노일아미노, 할로겐, C1-C6-알킬-C1-C6-알콕시, C1-C6-알킬티오중에서 선택된 하나 내지 3개의 그룹이고 R8및 R9는 동일하거나 상이하며, C1-C6-알킬, 치환된 C1-C6-알킬, C3-C7-사이클로알킬 및 아릴로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되고; R10은 C1-C6-알킬, C3-C7-사이클로알킬 및 아릴로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되고; R11은 수소, C1-C12-알킬, 치환된 C1-C12-알킬, C3-C7-사이클로알킬 및 아릴로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되고; R12는 수소, 또는 C1-C6-알킬, 치환된 C1-C6-알킬, C1-C6-알콕시, 치환된 C1-C6-알콕시, C1-C6-알킬티오, 치환된 C1-C6-알킬티오, 할로겐, 하이드록시, C1-C6-알카노일아미노, 아로일아미노, C1-C6-알킬설포닐아미노 및 아릴설포닐아미노로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 하나 내지 3개의 그룹이고; R13및 R14는 수소, 시아노 또는 CO2R10중에서 선택되고; R15는 상기 정의한 바와 같은 R4도는 R5X이고; L은 -CO- 또는 -SO2-이고, p는 1 또는 2이나; 단, m이 0일때 R13은 수소이고, 하나 이상의 폴리에스테르 반응성 그룹이 존재한다.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 청색의 안트라퀴논 화합물(들)이, R이 수소이고; R1및 R2가 독립적으로 메틸 및 에틸중에서 선택되고; R3가 수소, 메틸 또는 브로모이고; R4가 수소, C1-C4-알킬 또는 아릴이고; R5가 C1-C|6-알킬렌, C1-C4-알킬렌-O-C1-C4-알킬렌, -CH2C6H10CH2-, 아릴렌 및 -CH2-아릴렌으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 상기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물에 상응하고, 상기 적색성분이 R7이 C1-C6-알콕시인 알반식(V)화합물에 상응하고, 상기 청색 및 적색 화합물의 전체 농도가 약 0.5 내지 약 10ppm인 방법.
  10. 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 일반식(I)의 청색 화합물이
    이고, 상기 일반식(V)의 적색 화합물이
    인 방법.
  11. 하나 이상의 하기 일반식(I)의 청색 1,4-비스(2,6-디알킬아닐리노)안트라퀴논 화합물, 및 하기 일반식(Ⅱ) 내지 (X)중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 적색 안트라퀴논 또는 안트라피리돈 화합물의 혼합물을 포함하는 토너 예비-혼합 조성물 :
