Abstract
다수의 솔(24)을 갖는 헤드(20)와, 상기 헤드(20)에 형성되어 솔(24)로 연결되는 적어도 하나의 구명(26)과, 상기 헤드(20)에 연결되는 치약(4) 용기(2)와, 헤드(20)내의 각 구멍(26)이 폐쇄되는 제1위치와 개방되는 제2위치 사이에서 이동가능한 제어 부재(32)를 포함하는 칫솔로서, 상기 제어 부재(32)의 제1위치에서 제2위치로의 이동에 의해 치약(4)이 용기(2)로부터 헤드(20)의 각 구멍(26)을 통해 솔로 유동하는 칫솔에 관한 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 제1칫솔의 분해 단면도이다.
제2도와 제3도는 제어 부재가 각각 폐쇄 및 개방 위치에 있는 상태의 제1도의 칫솔의 단면도이다.
Claims (10)
- 다수의 솔(24)을 갖는 헤드(20)와, 상기 헤드(20)에 형성되어 솔(24)로 연결되는 적어도 하나의 구멍(26)과, 상기 헤드(20)에 연결되는 치약(4) 용기(2)와, 헤드(20)내의 각 구멍(26)이 폐쇄되는 제1위치와 개방되는 제2위치 사이에서 이동가능한 제어 부재(32)를 포함하는 칫솔에 있어서, 상기 제어 부재(32)의 제1위치에서 제2위치로의 이동에 의해 치약(4)이 용기(2)로부터 헤드(20)의 각 구멍(26)을 통해 솔로 유동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칫솔.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 헤드(20)는 상기 솔(24)이 수직 위치하는 기초판(22)을 구비하며, 이 기초판(22)에는 다수의 구멍(26)이 형성되고, 제어 부재(32)는 상기 헤드(20)의 기초판(22) 아래에 위치하는 일단 연장부(36)를 가지며, 제어 부재(32)가 그 제1위치에서 제2위치로 미끄럼 이동할 때 상기 헤드(20)의 구멍(26)과 정렬하는 다수의 대응 관통 개구(4)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 칫솔.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제어 부재(32)의 타단 연장부(38)는 상기 미끄럼 이동이 치약(4)을 용기(2)로부터 해제시켜 용기(2)로부터 상기 정렬된 구멍(26)과 개구(40)를 통해 이동하도록 용기(2)와 협력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칫솔.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 용기는 격막(10)에 의해 형성되는 밀폐 하우징(2)을 포함하며, 상기 제어 부재(32)가 제1위치에서 제2위치로 이동하면 격막(10)이 이동되어 치약(4)이 하우징(2)에서 칫솔 헤드(20)로 펌핑되는 것을 특징으로 하는 칫솔.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 용기는 해제 밸브를 갖는 가압 하우징을 포함하며, 제어 부재(32)가 제1위치에서 제2위치로 이동하면 밸브가 열리고 따라서 치약이 하우징으로부터 가압 방출되며 칫솔헤드(20)쪽으로 유동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칫솔.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제어 부재(32)는 용기(2)와 헤드(20) 사이에서 연장되는 긴 슬라이더(34)를 포함하고, 칫솔내의 통로(28)는 용기(2)로부터 헤드(20) 아래에 위치한 슬라이더(34)의 일단 연장부(36)에 있는 다수의 구멍(40)으로 이어지며, 상기 개구(40)는 제2위치에 있는 제어 부재(32)에 의해 헤드(20)의 개구(26)와 정렬되는 것을 특징으로 하는 칫솔.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제어 부재(32)는 중공 형태이고, 용기(2)로부터 헤드(20)아래에 위치한 제어 부재(50)의 일단 연장부의 다수의 구멍(50)으로 이어지는 통로를 가지며, 상기 개구(56)는 제2위치에 있는 제어 부재(50)에 의해 헤드(20)의 개구(26)와 정렬되는 것을 특징으로 하는 칫솔.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 용기(2)는 칫솔의 핸들을 포함하거나 핸들에 포함되고 상기 핸들은 칫솔의 헤드(20)와 일체식 또는 착탈식인 것을 특징으로 하는 칫솔.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제어 부재(32,50)는 칫솔의 솔에서 돌출하고 제어 부재(32,50)를 이동시키는 조작 버튼(42)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칫솔.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 헤드(20)는 칫솔의 솔로 부터 제거될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 칫솔.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
