Abstract

본 발명은, 플라스틱 폐물에서 제공되는 용융물을 400 내지 550℃에서 생성물로 전환시키고, 180 내지 280℃에서 이 생성물로부터 증류액 분획을 분리시키고 상기 분획을 원료로서 증기 분해기에 공급시키는, 증기 분해기에서 플라스틱 폐물을 재순환시키는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 플라스틱 폐물로부터 제공된 용용물을 400 내지 550℃에서 생성물로 전환시키고, 180 내지 280℃에서, 증류액 분획을 생성물로부터 분리시키고, 공급 물질로서 증기 분해기에 공급시키는, 증기 분해기에서의 플라스틱 폐물의 재순환 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, -플라스틱 폐물을 용융시키는 단계, -400 내지 550℃에서 중합체를 생성물로 전환시키는 반응기에 용용물을 공급시키는 단계, -200 내지 280℃에서, 증류에 의해 생성물로부터 증류액 분획을 분리시키는 단계, -잔류물 및 고체 및 무기산 및 있을 수 있는 방향족 화합물을 제외한 나머지 생성물을 반응기로 재도입시키는 단계, 및 -필요하다면 분리 후에 필요하다면, 분리되어 나온 증류액 분획을 공급 물질로서 증기 분해기로 도입시키는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, -반응기의 하류에 곧장 면해 있는 첫 번째 칼럼에 의해 생성물이 -잔류물 및 고체의 제거후에 튜브형 노로 재도입되는, 330 내지 450℃에서 생성되는 기부 생성물, -부분적 응축후에 70 내지 150℃의 두 번째 칼럼으로 공급되는. 200 내지 280℃에서 생성되는 상부 생성물로 분리되고, -부분적 응축후에 생성되는 액체/가스 혼합물은 상기 두 번째 칼럼에 의해, -한편으로 첫 번째 칼럼으로 재도입되고, 다른 한편으로 증기 분해기를 위한 공급 물질로서 사용되는, 두 번째 칼럼 기부에서 나타나는 액체 혼합물, -증기 분해기의 공급 물질로서 사용되는, 두 번째 칼럼의 상부에서 나타는 가스 혼합물로 분리시키는 방법에 의해, 증류에 의해 증류액 분획을 생성물로부터 분리시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, -280 내지 380℃에서, 염소-함유 플라스틱의 탈할로겐화 수소화와 함께, 플라스틱 폐물이 용융되고, -410 내지 530℃에서 중합체가 생성물로 전환되는 반응기로 용융물이 공급되고, -반응기의 하류에 곧장 면해 있는 첫 번째 칼럼에 의해 상기 생성물이, -잔류물 및 고체의 제거 후에 반응기로 재도입되는, 330 내지 450℃에서 기부 생성물, -부분적 응축후에 70 내지 150℃의 두 번째 칼럼의 공급되는 200 내지 280℃에서 생성되는 생성되는 상부 생성물로분리되고, -부분적 응축후에 생성되는 액체/가스 혼합물은 상기 두 번째 칼럼에 의해, -한편으로 첫 번째 칼럼으로 재도입되고, 다른 한편으로 방향족 화합물을 제거하기에 적합한 증류 또는 추출 과정으로 공급되는, 두 번째 칼럼 기부에서 나타나는 액체 혼합물, -증기 분해기의 공급 물질로서 사용되는, 두 번째 칼럼의 상부에서 나타나는 가스 혼합물로 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 증기 분해기에서 염소-함유 및/또는 방향족 화합물-함유 플라스틱 폐물을 재순환하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 증류 또는 추출 과정으로 공급되는 액체 혼합물이, -증기 분해기를 위한 공급 물질로서 사용되는 액체 분획, -방향족 화합물 분획으로 분리됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용되는 플라스틱 폐물이, 가능하다면 접착성 소일링, 점착성 표지 물질, 충전제 및/또는 잔류물과 함께 필수적으로 폴리올레핀으로 구성된 용기 및 병으로 구성된 송풍성형된 분획으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항내지 5항 중 어는 한항에 있어서 플라스틱 폐물이, 가능하다면 접착성 소일링, 점착성 표지물질, 충전제 및/또는 잔류물과 함께 필수적으로 폴리올레핀, 폴리스티렌 및 폴리비닐 클로라이드로 구성된 혼합된 플라스틱분획으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용되는 플라스틱 폐물이, 존재할 수 있는 소일링, 점착성 표지 물질, 충전제, 잔류물 등을 포함하여, 필수적으로 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌으로 구성된 시이트 분획으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용되는 플라스틱 폐물이, 존재할 수 있는 소일링, 점착성 표지 물질, 충전제, 잔류물 등을 포함하여, 필수적으로 폴레에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리스티렌으로 구성된 저중량 분획으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 특정화된 플라스틱이 폴리우레탄, 폴리에스테르, 폴리아미드 등과 같은 쓰레기에 존재하는 적은 양의 폐물과 혼합될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
