Abstract

바구니형 운반구는 도난 방지용 손잡이를 가지고 있다. 운반구는 외부손잡이 패널과 그 바로 아래에 있는 내부손잡이 패널을 가지고 있다. 물품의 상부가 뻗어 있는 개구부를 수용하는 중간패널을 운반구의 측패널을 외부손잡이 패널에 연결되고 별개의 물품이 운반구로부터 제거되는 것을 방지한다. 중간패널과 외부손잡이 패널은 쉽게 절단되는 선을 따라 제거되며 내부손잡이 패널은 노출되며 운반구를 들어올리는데 사용될 수 있다.

Claims (18)

  1. 측패널이 대향끝패널에 연결되고 대향측 패널에 연겨된 바닥패널, 손잡이 개구부를 포함하고 있으며 운반구가 손잡이에 의해서 들어올려질 때 바닥패널에 대하여 실질적으로 비스듬히 뻗이 있는 외부손잡이 패널, 외부손잡이 패널을 결합된 측패널에 각각 연결하고 결합된 패널 아래에 있는 끝패널에 연결되고 손잡이 개구부를 포함하는 내부손잡이 패널, 및 물품을 수용하는 셀을 형성하도록 내부손잡이 패널로부터 측패널로 뻗어 있는 분리부로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 바구니형 물품운반구
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 중간패널은 운반구내에 포장된 물품의 상부분이 뻗이 있을 수 있는 개구부를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 바구니형 물품운반구.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 쉽게 절단되는 수단은 각 측패널의 폭을 실질적으로 가로질러 뻗어 있는 쉽게 절단되는 선으로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 바구니형 물품운반구.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 중간패널은 끝패널에 연결되어 있지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 바구니형 물품운반구.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 각각의 끝패널은 인접하여 있고 실질적으로 수직으로 뻗어 있는 절첩된 에지를 가진 2개의 끝패널로 이루어져 있으며, 이 절첩된 에지는 내부손잡이 패널의 인접한 끝에 실질적으로 정렬되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 바구니형 물품운반구.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 바닥패널은 2개의 중첩플랩으로 이루어져 있으며, 이 플랩은 대향측패널에 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 바구니형 물품운반구.

  9. 제8항에 있어서, 제3의 플라이재는 그 에지부분을 따라 내부손잡이 패널플라이중의 하나에 일체적으로 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 바구니형 물품운반구.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 외부손잡이 패널은 2개의 외부플라이 및 2개의 내부플라이 재로 이루어져 있으며, 각각의 외부플라이는 결합된 중간패널에 절첩 가능하게 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 바구니형 물품운반구.
  11. 바구니형 물품운반구를 형성하기 위한 반제품에 있어서, 중앙 절첩선과 대향에지를 포함하는 외부손잡이 패널부위, 대향에지가 제2절첩선을 따라 측패널부위에 연결되어 있으며 제1절첩선을 따라 외부손잡이 패널부위의 각각의 대향에지에 연결되고 제1절첩선에 각각 대향한 중간 패널부위, 하나의 끝에지가 제3절첩선을 따라 끝패널 플랩에 연결되고, 대향 끝에지가 제4절첩선을 따라 끝패널부위에 연결되어 있으며, 대향 끝에지를 가진 각각의 측패널부위, 절첩선을 따라 내부손잡이 패널부위에 연결되는 각각의 끝패널부위, 내부손잡이 패널부위의 평면내에 배치된 분리플랩을 절첩하게 연결된 적어도 하나를 가진 각각의 내부손잡이 패널부위, 측패널 부위중의 적어도 하나에 연결된 바닥패널플랩 및 반제품으로부터 형성된 운반구로부터 중간패널을 제거하기 위하여 쉽게 절단되는 수단으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반제품.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 중간패널부위는 반제품으로부터 형성된 운반구내에 포장된 물품의 상부부분을 수용하기 위한 개구부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반제품.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 외부손잡이 패널부위는 중앙절첩선의 양측상에 손잡이 개구부를 포함하고 있으며, 반제품으로부터 형성된 운반구의 외부손자빙 패널은 운반구가 손잡이에 의해서 들어올려질 때 바닥패널플랩에 대하여 실질적으로 비스듬히 뻗이 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반제품.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 반제품으로부터 형성된 운반구로부터 중간패널을 제거하기 위하여 쉽게 절단되는 수단은 각각의 결합된 측패널의 폭을 가로질러 뻗어 있는 쉽게 절단되는 수단은 각각의 결합된 측패널의 폭을 가로질러 뻗어 있는 쉽게 절단되는 선으로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반제품.
  15. 제11항에 있어서, 바닥패널플랩은 각각의 측패널에 연결되어 있으며, 바닥패널플랩들은 반제품으로부터 형성된 운반구내에서 중첩되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반제품.
  16. 제11항에 있어서, 절첩선을 따라 내부손잡이 패널부위중의 하나에 연결되는 보강플랩을 더 포함하고 있으며, 보강플랩은 3개의 플라이 내부손잡이 패널을 형성하기 위하여 반제품으로부터 형성된 운반구내에서 상기 하나의 내부손잡이 패널부위에 대해 편평하게 절첩되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반제품.
  17. 제11항에 있어서, 절첩선을 따라 외부손잡이 패널부위에 연결된 보강외부손잡이 패널부위를 더 포함하고 있으며, 보강외부 손잡이 패널부위는 반제품으로부터 형성된 운반구내의 2개의 플라이 손잡이를 외부손잡이 패널부위로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반제품.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 보강중간 패널부위를 더 포함하고 있으며 각각의 상기 부위는 절첩선을 따라 중간패널 부위에 연결되어 외부손잡이 패널부위로 일체적으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반제품.
