Abstract
구조적 반응 사출 형성된 자동차 범퍼 빔은 교차 유리 섬유가 범퍼 빔의 수직 방향으로 향하는 것을 특징으로 하는 교차 유리 섬유 및 절단 유리 섬유의 층으로 형성된 예비 성형체로 구성된다. 최소 50% 이상의 순 신장율을 갖는 2성분, 비충만 반응 사출 성형 중합/순수 폴리우레탄 계 수지는 실질적인 강도 및 강성을 갖는 유리 섬유 층을 복합 범퍼 빔에서 상호 결합시키고 고적응성 수지는 넓은 빔 변형이 커다란 균열 없이 범퍼 빔으로 하여금 다른 보조 기구없이도 사용 요구 조건을 만족시키기 위하여 반복 충격 속에서도 충분한 에너지를 흡수 할 수 있도록 한다.

제1도는 자동차의 전방에 설치된 본 발명에 따르는 복합 범퍼 빔의 투시도이다,
제2도는 화살표 방향으로 보았을 때 제1도의 2-2선을 따르는 왁대도이다,
제3도는 제1도에서의 범퍼 빔의 구조에서 사용되는 예비 성형체의 부분 수직단면도이다,
제4도는 화살표 방향으로 보았을때 제3도의 4-4선을 따르는 도면이다,
제5도는 예비 성형체의 다른 실시예를 도시한 제3도와 유사한 도면이다,
제6도는 화살표 방향으로 보았을 때 제5도의 6-6성을 따르는 도면이다,
제7도는 예비 성형체의 배치된 제1도에서의 범퍼 빔을 제작하는데 사용되는 주형의 전개 투시도이다.
Claims (7)
- 적어도 한 층의 전달 유리 섬유 및 대부분이 범퍼 빔에 평행하고 길이 방향으로 있는 한 층의 교차 유리 섬유로 구성되는 유리 섬유의 예비 성형체 및 50% 보다 큰 순 백분율을 갖는 중합/순수 우레탄계 수지로 구성 된 것을 특징으로 하는 반응 사출 성형된 복합 자동차 범퍼 빔.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절단 유리 섬유 층을 사이에 끼고 있는 적어도 두 개의 교차 유리 섬유가 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응 사출 성형된 복합 자동차 범퍼빔.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 교차 유리 섬유가 상호 편물로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 반응 사출 성형된 복합 자동차 범퍼 빔.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 교차 유리 섬유가 상호 직물로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 반응 사출 성형된 복합 자동차 범퍼 빔.
- 제1항에 있어서, 66% 이상의 교차 유리 섬유가 범퍼 빔에 평행하고 길이 방향으로 향하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응 사출 성형된 복합 자동차 범퍼 빔.
- 복합 자동차 범퍼 빔을 제작하는 방법에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 절단 유리로된 섬유 범퍼 예비 성형체층을 형성하는 단계와, 유리 섬유의 대부분이 범퍼 빔에 수평하고 길이 방향으로 향하는 적어도 하나의 절단 유리 섬유 범퍼 예비 성형체 층을 형성하는 단계와, 범퍼 빔에 유사한 형상의 예비 성형체를 형성하기 위해 예비 성형체 층을 서로 결합시키는 단계와, 원하는 범퍼 빔 형태의 외면을 형성하는 표면을 갖는 주형 공동을 정하는 분리 가능한 주형 표면을 갖는 주형을 성형하는 단계와, 상기 예비 성형체를 상기 주형 표면 사이에 놓고 상기 주형을 밀접시키는 단계, 및 적어도 순 백분율 50% 이상을 갖는 반응 사출 성형 중합/순수 우레탄계 수지를 상기 공동내 및 상기 예비 성형체 주위와 이를 관통하여 사출시켜 중합 반응에 의해 복합 범퍼 빔을 성형하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응 사출 성형된 복합 자동차 범퍼 빔 제작 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 대부분의 교차 유리 섬유가 범퍼 빔에 평행하고 길이 방향으로 배치된 적어도 두 개의 교차 유리 섬유 예비 성형체 층을 성형하는 단계, 및 상기 예비 성형체를 형성하기 위해서 절단 유리 섬유의 예비 성형체 층을 교차 유리 섬유의 두 예비 성형체 층 사이에 삽입시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반을 사출 성형된 복합 자동차 범퍼 빔 제작 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
