Abstract
공항 운행체 식별 시스템은 종래의 레이더 신호와 비이컨 응답 지령 신호를 방사하는 지상 감시 레이더 시스템을 포함한다. 레이더는 ⅰ)목표물의 외판에서 전송하는 후방 산란 신호 및 ⅱ)목표물 식별 상태를 나타내는 엔코드된 ID 신호를 수신한다. 엔코드된 ID 신호는 비이컨 응답 지령 신호의 수신에 응답하여 운행체(예를들어, 항공기) 실장 트랜스폰더에 의해 송신된다. 트랜스폰더는 항공기 충돌 방지 라이트와 같은 운행체 외부라이트의 하우징 내에 배치될 수 있다. 본 발명은 운행체 위치 및 식별 상태를 포함하는 전자 공항 지표면 감시 데이타를 지상 제어기에 제공하는 공항 교통량 제어 시에 제한적인 빈 자리를 보충한다.

Claims (9)
- 공항 지표면 상의 운행체를 검출 및 식별하기 위한 공항 운행체 식별 시스템에 있어서, 공항 지표면 상의 운행체를 검출하기 위한 종래의 레이더 신호와 비이컨 응답 지령 신호를 다중화 및 방사하고, 운행체 위치를 나타내는 반사된 외판 반송 신호와 운행체의 식별 상태를 나타내는 엔코드된 ID 신호를 검출된 운행체로 부터 수신하는 지상 감시 레이더 시스템 및 상기 비이컨 응답 지령 신호를 수신 및 처리하고, 상기 비이컨 응답 지령 신호가 유효할 때 상기 엔코드된 ID 신호를 방사하기 위한 운행체 실장 트랜스폰더를 포함하는 공항 운행체 식별 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지상 감시 레이더 시스템이 제1열의 RF 펄스를 반송 주파수(fc)에 제공하고, 제2열의 RF 펄스를 반송 주파수(f2)에 제공하는 레이더 송신기를 포함하는데, 제1열의 RF 펄스가 운행체를 검출하는데 이용되고, 상기 응답 지령 신호가 상기 제2열의 RF 펄스를 포함하는 공항 운행체 식별 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서. 상기 운행체 실장 트랜스폰더가 상기 비이컨 응답 지령 신호를 검출하여, 검출된 신호를 제공하기 위한 수단, 상기 검출된 신호가 유효 응답 지령 신호인지를 결정하기 위해 상기 검출된 신호를 처리하여, 상기 응답 지령 신호가 유효할 때 운행체 식별 상태를 나타내는 부호화 신호를 제공하기 위한 수단 및 상기 엔코드된 ID 신호를 제공하기 위해 상기 부호화 신호에 응답하여 펄스 반송 신호를 변조하고, 상기 엔코드된 ID 신호를 자유 공간내로 방사하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 공항 운행체 식별 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 운행체 실장 트랜스폰더가 항공기 충돌 방지 외부 라이트의 하우징 내에 함께 배치되는 공항 운행체 식별 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 지상 데이타 시스템이 상기 엔코드된 ID 신호를 처리하고, 운행체 식별 상태를 나타내는 디코드된 ID 신호를 제공하는 비이컨 수신기, 운행체의 위치를 결정하기 위해 상기 반사된 외판 전송신호를 처리하기 위한 레이더 수신기 및 상기 디코드된 ID 신호 및 상기 위치 신호를 공유하고, 디스플레이상의 운행체 위치 및 식별 상태에 관한 표시를 조작자에게 제공하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 공항 운행체 식별 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 지상 감시 레이더 시스템이 소정의 펄스 반복 인자 및 반송 주파수(fc)를 가지는 펄스 전자 신호를 제공하기 위한 여진기, 반송 주파수(f2)를 가지는 펄스 전자 응답 지령 신호를 제공하기 위한 응답 지령 신호 발생 여진기, 상기 펄스 전자 신호 및 상기 펄스 전자 응답 지령 신호를 다중화 하여 최종 다중화된 신호를 송신하기 위한 수단, 상기 최종 다중화된 신호를 방사하고, 상기 반사된 외판 전송 신호 및 상기 ID 신호를 수신하기 위한 안테나, 운행체 위치를 결정하여, 이 운행체의 위치를 나타내는 위치 신호를 제공하기 위해 상기 반사된 외판 전송 신호를 검출 및 처리하기 위한 레이더 수신기, 운행체 식별 상태를 결정하여 이 운행체의 식별 상태를 나타내는 처리된 식별 신호를 제공하기 위해 상기 ID 신호를 검출 및 처리하도록 동조된 비이컨 수신기 및 상기 위치 신호 및 상기 식별 신호를 공유하고, 운행체 위치 및 식별 상태의 조작자 표시를 표시하기 위해 상기 위치 신호 및 상기 처리된 식별 신호에 응답하는 수단을 포함하는 공항 운행체 식별 시스템.
- 공항 지표면 운행체 검출 및 식별 시스템에 있어서, (a)반송 주파수 값(fc)을 가지는 펄스 전자 파형 및 반송 주파수 값(f2)을 가시는 응답 지령 신호 파형을 다중화하고, 최종 다중화된 전자 신호를 송신하는 송신기 및 레이더 수신기가 운행체의 범위를 나타내는 반송 주파수(fc)에서 후방 산란된 전자 에너지를 검출하고, 비이컨 수신기가 ID 신호를 검출하고, 상기 ID 신호의 소오스 식별 상태를 결정하기 위해 상기 ID 신호를 처리하는 상기 레이더 수신기 및 비이컨 수신기를 포함하는 수신기를 포함하는 지상 감시 레이더 시스템 및 (b)상기 응답 지령 신호 파형을 수신하고, 유효 응답 지령 신호가 수신되었는지를 결정하기 위해 상기 응답 지령 파형을 처리하며, 수신된 경우, 상기 트랜스폰더가 운행체의 식별 상태를 독특하게 나타내는 상기 ID 신호를 발생 및 송신하는 운행체 트랜스폰더를 포함하는 공항 지표면 운행체 검출 및 식별 시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 반송 주파수 값(fc와 f2)이 Ku 레이더 밴드 내에 있는 공항 지표면 운행체 검출 및 식별 시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 트랜스폰더가 항공기 층돌 방지 외부 라이트의 하우징 내에 섬광 전구와 함께 배치되는 공항 지표면 운행체 검출 및 식별 시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
