Abstract

연속 가변 비율 변속기는 비율 가변 유니트("가변기") 및 동심적으로 배열된 세 개의 출력을 가진 유성 유니트를 포함한다. 상기 출력중 둘은 가변기의 양쪽단부에 고정된 비율로 각각 연결되며, 따라서 가변기 비율이 변화될 때, 이들 출력중 하나의 속도는 항상 상승하며 나머지는 떨어진다. 이들 두 출력은 적당한 기어링과 클러치에 의하여 CVT출력축에 연결된다. 전체 CVT의 비율 범위를 확장하는 연속적인 동작의 기어비는 두유성 출력 각각을 CVT 출력에 선택적으로 연결시킴으로써 얻어진다. 비율 및 다른 파라미터는 기어비 변화가동기적으로 되도록 선택된다.

제1도는 가변기, 유성 유니트 및 최종 구동축의 축을 포함하는 공통면에서 취한 한 CVT의 계략도이며;
제2도는 비율 및 속도값을 포함하는 제1도 CVT의 부분에 대한 계략도이며;
제3도는 속도 및 비율값에 대한 테이블이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 가변 비율 유니트("가변기") 및 동심원적으로 배열된 세 개의 출력을 가지며 제1 및 제2유성 기어를 포함하는 유성 유니트를 포함하며 상기 제1 및 제2유성 기어는 세트 중 하나의 성분이 유성 유니트의 출력의 중두 개를 구성하기 위하여 다른 성분과 각각 결합되도록 배열되며, 이들 두 출력은 고정된 비율로 가변기의양쪽 단부에 각각 연결되는 연속-가변-비율 변속기(CVT)에 있어서, 유성 유니트의 상기 두 출력은 다수의 비율 결합에 의하여 출력축에 연결가능하며, 다수의 클러치는 CVT가 다수의 기어비에서 동작할 수 있도록 여러 가지 방식에서 출력 및 비율 결함을 맞물리기 위하여 제공되며, 유성 기어 및 가변기 비율은 이들 기어비사이의 변화가 모두 동기화되고 먼저 주어진 가변기 비율에서 모든 유성 성분이 동일 속도로 회천하도록 선택되며, 선택적인 기어비 변화가 먼저 주어진 가변기 비율에서 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속-가변-비율변속기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 먼저 주어진 가변기에서 기어비 변경과 관련된 클러치 이탈/맞물림은 유성 유니트의 상이한 출력 부재의 맞물림을 포함하지만, 구동이 CVT 출력에 전달되도록 하는 하향 비율 결합에 대한 변화는 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속-가변-비율 변속기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 나머지 기어비 변화에 포함된 클러치 동작은 유성 성분이 동일하지 않은 속도에서 이동하는 두 번째로 주어진 가변기 비율에서 발생하며, 이들 기어비 변속은 하향 비율 결합에서 변화를 수반하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속-가변-비율 변속기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 유성 유니트의 출력은 동심축으로서 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속-가변-비율 변속기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 다수의 클러치는 유성 유니트 출력가 동심의 축 시퀀스로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속-가변-비율 변속기.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 첫 번째 주어진 가변기 비율에서 발생하는 선택적인 기어비 변화중 하나와 관련된 클러치의 쌍은 축방향 시퀀스에서 서로 인접하게 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속-가변-비율 변슥기.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 그 사이에서 변화가 발생하는 두 개의 기어비에서 각각의 인접 클러치로부터 CVT 출력까지 구동을 전달하는 공통 하향 비율 결합은 두 클러치에 연결가능하며 이들 사이에 축방향으로 배치되는것을 특징으로 하는 연속-가변-비율 변속기.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 하향 비율 결합은 기어 트레인 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 연속-가변-비율 변속기.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 첨부된 도면을 참조로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속-가변-비율 변속기.
