Abstract

본 발명은 유기 및 무기 화합물을 함유하는 폐수, 특히 에피클로로히드린 제조시 발생되는 폐수의 처리방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 폐수는 a)열-알칼리 처리, b)생물학적 처리, 그리고 경우에 따라 c)화학적-산화척 처리를 행하게 된다.

Claims (13)

  1. 폐수의 흡착성 유기 할로겐화합물(AOX)이 10㎎/l 이상이 양으로 함유되고 용해서 유기물질이 0.lg/l 이상의 함량으로 함유되고 pH 값이 10 내지 14(실온측정)이거나 그 pH값으로 맞춘 하기 처리단계를 포함하는 유기 및 무기 화합물을 함유하는 폐수, 특히 에피클로로히드린 제조시 발생되는 폐수의 처리방법: a)폐수를한 반응조에 유입시키거나 통과되게 하고, 여기서 온도가 75℃ 이상, 압력이 적어도 1바(절대압력), 체류시간은 적어도 0.5시간이 되도록 조절하고, 이렇게 처리된 폐수를 반응조내에서 유출시켜 pH 값을 7 내지 11(실온측정)로 맞추고 온도를 35℃ 이하로 냉각시키고, b)그람양성 및/혹은 그람음성 박테리아를 이용하여 평균체류시간 4 내지 25시간 동안 온도 35℃ 이하에서 생화학적 또는 생물학적 처리를 행하여 생물학적 처리단계를 마치고 원하는 정화정도에 따라, c)경우에 따라, pH 값을 10 이상(실온측정)으로 처리후, 단계a)에 준하여 처리화고 그리고/혹은 원하는 정화정도에 따라, d)경우에 따라, pH 값을 10 이상(실온측정)으로 하여 1-4g 오존/g COD의 오존 함유가스로 평균 체류시간 5-6시간 동안 온도 35℃ 이하에서 처리하거나, 또는 dd) 경우에 따라, pH 값이 6-8(실온측정)로 되게 하여 오존에 대한 과산화수소의 중량비가 0.3-0.4g H2O2/g 오존이 되는 과산화수소와 오존의 혼합물을 이용하여 평균 체류시간 5 내지 60분간 35℃ 이하에서 1-4g 오존/g COD조건으로 처리한다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 처리단계a)에서 pH 값이 11 내지 14(실온측정), 온도가 85∼185℃, 압력이 1.0 내지 10.5 바(절대압력), 체류시간이 1 내지 8시간인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 처리단계b)에서 그람 양성 박테리아를 전체 미생물군의 20 내지 98% 그리고 그람음성 박테리아를 2 내지 80% 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 처리단계 b)에서 그람양성 박테리아, 특히 클라비박터속 (Clavibacter), 셀룰로모나스속 (Cellulomonas), 오레오박테리움속 (Aureobacterium), 마이크로박테리움속 (Microbacterium) 및/또는 쿠르토박테리움속 (Curtobacterium)만을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 그람 양성 박테리아로서 클라비박터속 (Clavibacter), 셀룰로모나스속 (Cellulolnonas), 오레오박테리움속 (Aureobacterium), 마이크로박테리움속 (Microbacterium), 쿠르토박테리움속 (Cudobacterium), 그리고 그람 음성 박테리아로 주로 알카리게네스속 (Alcaligenes)을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 처리단계 b)에서 평균 체류시간이 7 내지 18시간인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 처리단계 a)에서 나온 폐수에 처리단계 b)에 투입하기 전에 다른 유사한 제조공정 및/또는 유사한 성분를 지닌 폐수 및/또는 폴리올 제조 및/또는 비닐로클로리드 제조 및/또는 폴리비닐클로리드 제조시 발생되는 폐수를 혼합하여 사용할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 처리단계 b)에서 그람 양성 박테리아를 전체 미생물군의 5 내지 90% 그리고 그람 음성박테리아를 10 내지 95% 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 그람 양성 박테리아로서 주로 셀룰로모나스속 (Cellulomonas)을 그리고 그람 음성 박테리아로 주로 슈도모나스속 (Pseudomonas), 알카리게네스속 (Alcaligenes)을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 처리단계 b)를 거친 폐수를 pH 값 10.5 이상으로 맞추고 처리단계 d)를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 처리단계 d)에 있는 폐수는 1.5∼2.5g 오존/g COD 범위에서 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제1항 있어서, 처리단계 b)를 마친 폐수가 pH 값 6.5-7.5(실온측정)을 나타내거나 이 값으로 맞추며 처리단게 dd)에서 0.5g H2O3/g 오존 혼합물 그리고 1.5∼2.5g 오존/g COD로 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 각 처리단계의 전, 중간 및/또는 후에 있어서 폐수의 현탁된 고형물질을 화학적 방법 및/혹은 물리적 방법으로 적어도 일부분 제거할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
