Abstract

경고등 트리거링용 회로는 전원 전압(VCC5,VCC12)에 접속되는 트리거링 회로를 구비한 자기 전도 트랜지스터 회로(P-FET3,P-FET4,R1)를 포함하는 부가 회로를 갖는다. 상기 트리거링 회로는 전원 전압이 적절할 때는 상기 트랜지스터 회로를 차단 상태로 유지한다. 전압이 부족하면(VCC5 및/또는 VCC12), 상기 자기 전도 트랜지스터 회로(P-FET3, P-FET4, Rl) 의 상기 트랜지스터들(P-FET3, P-FET4) 은 경고등 단자(WL-OUT)로부터 상기 파워 드라이버(2)의 제어 단자(G)까지 전류 경로를 개방하여 상기 파워 드라이버(2)를 스위칭 온시켜 곁국 상기 경고등(3)을 스위치 온시킨다.

제2도는 제1도에 따른 실제의 경고등 트리거링 회로의 세부의 확대도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 제어기의 작동 불량에 의해 개시되는 모니터링 신호의 존재시에 경고등 전류를 통과시키는 파워 드라이버를 포함하는 전자식 안티록 및/또는 마찰 미끄럼 제어 기능을 구비한 자동차 제동 시스템의 경고등 트리거링용회로에 있어서, 제어기의 전원 전압(VCC5, VCC12)에 접속되는 트리거링 회로를 구비하는 자기 전도 트랜지스터 회로(P-FET3, P-FET4,Rl)를 포함하는 부가 회로를 구비하는데, 상기 제어기는 모든 전원 전압(VCC5,VCC12)이 충분할 때 상기 트랜지스터 회로(P-FET3,P-FET4,Rl)를 차단하고, 전원 전압이 한계값 이하로 저하될 때, 상기 경고등(3)을 통해 상기 파워 드라이브(2)의 제어단자에 전류를 흐르게 하여 상기 파워 드라이브(2)를 트리거 또는 스위치 온하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 제동 시스템의 경고등 트리거링용 회로.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자기 전도 트랜지스터 회(P-FET3, P-FET4,Rl)는 게이트 단자(G)가 상호 접속되어 상기 트리거링 회로의 아웃렛에 접속됨과 동시에 고-오옴의 저항(Rl)을 통해 접지(GND)에 접속되는 2개의 반직렬 접속의 p-채널 전계 효과 트랜지스더를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 제동 시스템의 경고등트리거링용 회로.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 부가 회로(5)는 상기 파워 드라이버(2)를 포함하는 집적 회로 부분인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 제동 시스템의 경고등 트리거링용 회로.
  4. 제2항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나 이상의 항에 있어서, 상기 파워 드라이버(2)는 상기 경고등(3)까지 연장된 드레인 전극(D)을 갖는 전계 효과 트랜지스터이고, 상기 자기 전도 트랜지스터 회로(P-FET3,P-FET4,R1)의 드레인 소스 경로는 상기 파워 드라이버(2)가 상기 반직렬 접속된 트랜지스터(P-FET3,P-FET4)에 의해 트리거링될 수 있게 하기 위해 상기 파워 드라이버(2)의 드레인 게이트 경로에 병렬로 접속되는 것을 특징으로하는 자동차 제동 시스템의 경고등 트리거링용 회로.
