Abstract

본 발명은 분체 폭발성을 갖지않는 불활성 물질과 활성 코크스의 혼합물로 이루어진, 건식 흡착 원리에 따른 배기가스, 예컨대 연도가스의 분말 드라이클리닝제에 관한 것이다. 30중량% 이하의 탄소를 함유하고, 가스 흐름 클리닝법에 사용시 모든 작동상태에서 모든 분획에, 21부피% 이하의 산소함량에서 분체 폭발성 분획을 형성할 수 있는 농도변동이 일어나지 않는, 활성 코크스를 포함하는 분말 혼합물을 제공하기 우해, 혼합물중의 적어도 하나의 불활성 물질성분의 입자크 분포가 활성 코크스 성분의 입자크기 분포에 매칭되으로써, 정지상태의 가스매질에서 불활성 물질 성분의 최상급 입자의 침강속도가 활성 코크스 성분의 최상급 입자의 침강속도보다 크거나 같게 된다. 본 발명의 클리닝제는 가스흐름 클리닝원리에 따른 별도로 작동되는 또 앞에 또는 위에 접속된 흡착단을 갖춘 모든 연도가스 클리닝장치에 사용될 수 있다.

Claims (7)

  1. 분체 폭발성을 갖지 않는 불활성 물질과 활성 코크스의 혼합물로 이루어진, 건식 흡착원리에 따른 배기가스의 분말 드라이 클리닝제에 있어서, 혼합물중의 적어도 하나의 불활성 물질성분으 입자크기 분포가 활성 코크스 성분의 입자크기 분포에 매칭됨으로써, 정지상태의 가스매질에서 불활성 물질 성분의 최상급 입자의 침강속도가 활성 코크스 성분의 최상급 입자의 침감속도보다 크거나 같게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스의 드라이 클리닝제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 입자크기 매칭된 불활성 물질 성분의 입자화 곡선의 기울기가 활성 코크스 성분의 입자화 곡선의 기울기 보다 크거나 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스의 드라이 클리닝제.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 입자크기 매칭된 불활성 물질이 석회석 분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스의 드라이 클리닝제.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 입자크기 매칭되지 않은 또다른 불활성 성분이 반응성 칼슘화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스의 드라이 클리닝제.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 반응성 칼슘화합물이 수산화칼슘인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스의 드라이 클리닝제.
  6. 가스 흐름 클리닝원리에 따른 별도로 작동되는 또는 앞에 또는 위에 접속된 흡착단을 갖춘 연도가스 클리닝장치에 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 따른 클리닝제를 사용하는 방법.
  7. 스프레이 수착장치에서 칼슘유 현탁액으로 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 따른 클리닝제를 사용하는 방법.
